U Talking 2Me? Famous Movie Scenes Reimagined on iChat

The Internet, besides providing access to an unlimited supply of information on all aspects of life, also allows creative, or bored, people with time on their hands to make parodies of pop culture. Sites like YouTube and FunnyorDie host multitudes of videos and voice-overs satirizing movies, and iChat is now following suit.

The Geek Pad located some famous movie dialogues that have been transcribed into chat form, complete with appropriate, and hilarious, emoticons and LOLs. The famous cinema moments include a historic conversation between Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader, and the "Royale with cheese" discussion from Pulp Fiction.

Hopefully, this will open the door for more cinema chat enthusiasts. Arnold explaining, "My CPU is a neuronet processor, a learning computer" in 'Terminator 2,' or Shatner's facial expressions in the "KHAAAAN!," scene from 'Star Trek II' could translate hilariously into IM form, unless, of course, someone's already beat us to it. Microsoft's 'Laptop Hunters' Ads Get Hilarious 'Jennie' Spoof

If you watch television, you've undoubtedly been subjected to the "I'm a Mac" ads, and Microsoft's retaliating blitz of "Laptop Hunters" promo spots -- which seek to depict ordinary consumers searching for economically friendly computers to fit specific needs. You're probably already sick of them, what with their cutesy approach and MTV-style editing and videography.

Although profane (hence the Not Suitable For Work disclaimer), this spoof lampoons the increasingly annoying ads and the "everyday citizens" they supposedly represent. Since the vid is from Funny or Die, if you find it offensive or not humorous -- or you're a Microsoft employee -- you can indicate your displeasure by voting to let it "die." Online Series Turns Candidates Into 'Star Wars' Characters

It is never going to stop being okay to spoof 'Star Wars' or to make fun of politicians. Gabe Abelson, a former writer for the Late Show with David Letterman, as well as Bill and Hillary Clinton, obviously knew this when he started working on the second installment of his animated web series 'Race for the White House' (RFTWH).

Barack is Luke Skywalker, Giuliani is Han Solo, Hillary is Princess Leia, and best of all Dick Cheney is a shotgun wielding Obi Wan, who shoots an Ewok in the face.

AniBoom, the year old start up that hosts the series, allows content creators to upload new content and collaborate on traditionL TV concepts. The Comedy Central show 'Lil' Bush' started as a Web short on AniBoom.

'Zelda' Spoof Exposes Link as a Pervert!

If you don't watch 'Robot Chicken' on Cartoon Network, here's a quick primer: Actor Seth Green (of 'Austin Powers' fame) and friends film lightning-fast pop-culture spoofs using toy action figures and stop-frame animation ala Gumby. Nothing is sacred and nearly everything is ingenious.

This skit from the latest episode takes aim at the legendary Nintendo game, 'The Legend of Zelda' and reveals that our hero Link's mission to save the princess isn't as noble as he'd have you believe. Oh, and the princess is no princess, either.

Hilarious Computer Error Spoofs

Great Computer Error SpoofsEvery week, U.K.-based comedy site B3TA holds an image challenge on its message boards. This week's challenge: What if computer errors told the truth?

Tons of people turned out to submit entries -- some great and some ... well ... not so great. So, we plowed through the pages and pages of pics to bring you some of the very best so far.

Nothing and no one escapes unscathed. Apple, Linux, and, of course, Windows get plenty of abuse, as do MC Hammer and My Chemical Romance. Even the British Government's foreign policy isn't safe.

Check out the gallery below (WARNING: Strong language).

It's Not an iPhone, It's a Big Ass Table

Jealousy is a bitter fruit. The Sarcastic Gamer has decided that since he can't afford Microsoft's Surface, he'll just mock it. It's just a bit of comedy, but it should help all of those out there whose hearts are still all aflutter over the Surface.

We're just as guilty as any of feeding the hype, so it's good to be reminded every once in a while that, hey -- its just a really expensive computer in a big-ass table.

Now someone just needs to take the iPhone down a notch, cause even we're almost sick of hearing about it. The piece of plastic that it sits in even gets an article of its own.

Attack of the D.I.Y. iPhone Ads!

Whether inspired by the real iPhone ads, or Conan O'Brien's hysterical parody (in which the iPhone is reported to also function as a cheese grater, sideburns and many other things ... ), a slew of do-it-yourself iPhone ads have hit the Internet in feverish anticipation of the June 29 release. There's the hilarious biPhone ad (above), this artsy gem uncovered today by our friends at GeekSugar and dozens more that were part of a win-an-iPhone contest put on by Insanely Great Tees (sorry, the entry deadline is over).

Hilarious Conan O'Brien iPhone Spoof

As we approach the June 29 mega-launch of the iPhone, Apple is hyping the crap out of itself with new TV ads showing off all of the handset's impressive functionality. In honor of the new ads, we present this classic Conan O'Brien spoof showing that the iPhone is much more versatile than Apple is letting on. You name it, the iPhone does it -- even sideburns.
