Levine, who has been operating his farm since the '70s, said that he views the tower "with dread, fear, and panic" because he's afraid that radiation from it will "change the DNA of the garlic." The Council did subsequently approve the construction of five other towers, but shot down the potential garlic mangler. The Council's decision might still be overturned, though, since the federal Industry Canada department will have the final say on the matter.
