University of Tennessee student David Kernell has been sentenced for computer intrusion and obstruction of justice in relation to the hacking of Sarah Palin's personal e-mail in 2008. Kernell will be spending the next year in custody (most likely in a halfway house), and face three years probation. He was found not guilty of the most serious charges, which carried up to a 20-year sentence. ...
