She, and any other sports player does have the right to do a shoot at her own convience, not anybody elses selected time. IT's a two way street,all casinos milk the slot machine player all the time, so pay off no matter what was supposedly wrong with the machine. Feb 21st 2008 4:27AM Why is it that in any relation with the airlines the poor customer winds up on the 'short end' of any agreement. I seriously feel the passenger should start getting better treatment by the airlines. When you pay for a flight , this should be considered a 'contract'. IE: The airline agrees to transport you from "A" to "B" safely, and expediously. To me failure to do so consists of a breach of contract, for which the airlines should be heavily fined, and the passenger awarded 'damages'! ! !

Feb 4th 2008 10:01PM The way the US airlines are operated, the poor customers have no recourse whatsoever. If you make a stink at ther ticket counter with a legitimate complaint, you will very quickly find yourself being arrested, or escorted out of the terminal. This is wrong, the customer should be entitled to more courteous consideration.
AND, none of the airlines seem to know how to stay in the 'black' instead of the 'red'!
