Nov 23rd 2008 1:30PM I tend to agree with you. Kohl's isn't my favorite place to shop. The last time I went there, I bought a brouch for my sister-in-law for Christmas on Black Friday. They didn't wait on me until I made a comment that I had been waiting for over an hour! Even at that, I had to wait til they were finished with other people. Sales people must be on commission, because they didn't want to help me with my small purchase; they were much more interested in helping people wanting to buy diamonds!
