Oct 4th 2009 10:24PM I stopped watching NBC and its cable entities because it is so pro-Obama, especially MSNBC. We, including our media, should RESPECT our President, however there also must be a healthy arms-length distance maintained between the White House and news media, our eyes and ears, so no one may be accused of FAVORITISM.

The Press is supposed to be OBJECTIVE. There once was a time that news media was so close to objectivity, that one could not discern who supported which Party. Unfortunately for Americans today, those days are long gone. The Press forfeited its ethics, and by doing so, has miserably failed in its duty to Americans.

Sep 29th 2009 3:10PM It doesn't take a rocket scientist to deduce that this is money motivated, though at the same time, while I believe Jon handled it VERY BADLY (He clearly was shamed, hurt and pissed.), I do believe that Jon had some very viable complaints about how badly Kate treated him.

On the bases that he had valid complaints and that the children would do much better with two parents who have completely reconciled, I do hope they manage to work out their problems, re-untie, and go away to live happily ever after as private citizens.

Given a choice, I would have noted "Team Kids."

Get a grip, Liberals. No one with a life cares if Ms. Obama dresses similarly or not to a former and deceased First Lady. You take yourselves entirely too seriously.

All this, if true, is an age old practice of showing an opponent is a less than flattering light. Obama's people did it to Hillary; Democrats do it to Republicans and vice versa. The ONLY thing that's truly worth remark is Liberal's thin skin for complaining (AGAIN and ever) about tactics that THEY'VE often employed.

The New York Times might have a valid cause for complaint ONLY if it has NEVER depicted a news subject in a less than flattering light. Since it can't convincingly claim innocence, it should just shut up and grow a pair.
