Tori 'Grossed Out' By Mag 'Horse' Story (PopEater)
Sep 3rd 2009 10:30AM Well, she DOES look like a horse. Wait! Nah, that's not fair to horses. Horses are beautiful, noble creatures that help us.
She's just... fea.
*shudder*
Charlie Rangel Says Palin is 'Disabled' (Politics Daily)
Sep 19th 2008 10:29PM Wow, political views aside, you make a very correct point. "Let he that is w/out sin cast the first stone" does not even apply when, as you said, "this is pure name-calling for the sake of name calling." I miss the days when politicians had some dignity and class to them. Some.
'Grand Theft Auto' Credited With Saving Family's Lives (Switched)
Sep 4th 2008 9:43PM Um, is an 11 y/o really considered a teenager these days? *grin*
Great story, tho.
Brooke Burke expecting number four (ParentDish)
Nov 14th 2007 10:17AM My ma told me to wear a girdle and voila! W/in 2 weeks of baby being born, I had a flat tummy again. Granted it was still 'soft', but no flab hanging out. Pretty cool.
'Hannah Montana' Star Miley Cyrus Debuts Duet With Dad (PopEater)
Oct 25th 2007 9:59PM Yes, good song, but no better/different than 90% of the stuff out there. The only reason she's as "popular" as she is is because people/kids are feeding off of one another, not because they actually have an opinion. I've sat and watched her show and it is appalling the way she talks to her father and the attitude she cops. And we think this is cute for our kids to watch??? It's a sad thing, it truly is. The most dispicable part? Her being compared to the Beatles. "!" Never, little one, never.
Top 12 Ways to Hide a Pregnant Belly (AOL Latino Blog)
Oct 2nd 2007 9:20PM Why look at the belly solamente? Hon, her tits are gonna groooooooooow if she is knocked up. Watch out for those suckers!
Parking Do's and Don'ts (AOL Video Blog)
Jun 3rd 2007 10:22PM Good lord! Who gives a carp about stereotyping?! Honestly!!! Just have a good laugh and be done w/ it. It was a thoughtless little comment blown completely out of proportion. This from a very happy, nose-NOT-bent-out-of-shape 24 y/o female.
Pets for kids: what do YOU suggest? (ParentDish)
Mar 28th 2007 10:31AM I'm getting my son a snake for his birthday. They are very low maintenance, extremely educational and can be a great way to help your child learn to love and appreciate all animals. I'll probably go w/ a python, something no more than 4'-5' full grown. Oh, Clay will be four.
More sponsors dump "Survivor" (AdJab)
Sep 11th 2006 8:23PM I think the show sounds great! I haven't watched since the first season cuz everything was basically the same, year after year, but this I have to see. I like how one person said, "Now, you can see each group bicker and quarrel w/ one another and NOT be able to blame it on discrimination or race." CBS, you've got a return viewer here!

The Borowitz Report is a daily must-read for me now, ever since reading the "Child, 11, Left Behind" article.
