The more that major companies look at further researching hydrogen, the better off we will all be. Hydrogen is not a new source of alternative fuels, but it is definitly the best choice. What is nost important is eliminating emissions and oil dependency is how I see it.
How many people would pay $7.00 a gallon of fuel if it was emission free and did not depend on foreign oil? I know I would, and this is what is driving the green movement we have seen due to Inconvenient Truth and Live Earth, as example. More people are interested in a real pollution solotion more than even before in history, and many won't mind paying more, and this is good news.
Hydrogen has always been the best answer given there is zero emissions to start. Cost will always be a concern, but with gas prices soon to hit $4.00 to even $5.00 per gallon with the first major hurricane or unrest in middle east and Africa, never mind Russia's new strong arm approach to seize private oil from Yukos, as example, and now Chavez taking over private oil in VZ, there is no time to waste exploring and researching hydrogen as the primary fuel alternative for all ICE vehicles.
I have been using hydrogen injection system for almost two years to reduce emissions and increase my MPG, and it works extremely well to date, but this is only the first step in solving the issue of converting vehicles to 100% hydrogen. Most do not want to sacrifice their whole trunk to hydrogen tanks, or risk the safety with compressed liquids, but at this point these were the only options. You cannot produce enough ondemand to run 100% hydrogen yet, but soon this issue will be resolved.
You have to watch the news video on salt water being ignited to 1500 degrees with a flick of a switch to see a new technology emerging, radio wave frequency modulation for hydrogen conversion is new. This video is worth a look for anyone interested in the latest in hydrogen fuel as a viable solution to pollution.

Given all the fanfare a so called breakthrough would create, it sure is strange to learn of reasons for cancelling demonstration. You only get one first chance to make a good impression, and with free energy concepts, you are lucky to get one shot, and they blew it big time in my opinion. How in the world do you get to this point with an unproven technical demonstration without testing it under every scenario first?

Apr 26th 2007 7:19AM Amazing,
I get a hundred such phishing attempts every week, and yes, most are very authentic looking, so any time you get anything from what appears to be your bank, close it and never click on link. If you put your pointer over this link, it will usually not have any reference to bank other than an obscure reference with many other url letters and numbers which no bank would ever use. Also, no https, forget it, surely a scam.

The advance checks, or in this case, Visa Travel Checks is the latest twist on an old scam which induces people to give up personal and bank information, only to be led to a point where a fee is requested to release funds to victim. Now they send out legitimate looking checks in advance, relying on the trust factor to complete the scam.
Simply put, if you ever receive any check from an unknown entity, or in this case Visa Travel Checks, forget it, it is guaranteed to be a fraud and you will always lose money, as well as time depositing checks at your bank, never mind the bank putting a hold on your account when discovered.
These scammers are very clever. With check printing software so precise, anyone can generate fake checks which look legitimate. What they change is the routing number which delays the checks clearing, which usually gives theives enough time to complete the sting. These scams are designed to let you see that check supposedly clears your bank, then they request the 10% fee be sent via Western Union if they have not gone for your bank account information, so beware of both scams. Best rule of thumb, never use Western Union for all scammers use them exclusively, while very few legitimate businesses will ever use Western Union, I know I never have.

Apr 26th 2007 6:59AM Agreed,
No doubt about it, most people have been primed over the years to think that there are people with inside stock tips, and the email blasts utilizing greed motivation is no different than the tip from the stranger on the street. There are always people who will believe anything, and the success of this scheme proves that greedy people still will bite on these scams, especially with the ease in which one can trade online these days.
Never trade on any tip, period, even one from your broter in law and you will save your time money and the disappointment of loss. As to the article indicating offshore investments as a scam, this I take point on. Offshore investments are just as legitimate as any other countries investment opportunities, just do your own due diligence, but don't label offshore as a scam, only people are scammers, not countries.
