My ex-husband used to fly off the handle and do cruel things like this to me, and he just had a brain tumor removed a year ago from his heavy cell phone use and love of wireless technology. Brain tumors don't grow overnight - they take decades to develop - and until someone seizures or experiencies some other life-threatening event, doctors don't routinely check for this.
In fact, I wouldn't doubt that her mother's allergies were caused by this family's overexposure to electromagnetic and microwave fields, probably from an area cell phone mast. Chronic exposure to electromagnetic and microwave fields has been linked to everything from insomnia to cancer to autism. How do I know this? I'm electrosensitive, courtesy of the wireless boom.

If I were this kid's mother, I'd be evaluating her possible exposures. How much time was she spending on her cell phone? Any new cell phone masts in the neighborhood? Is she being exposed to wi-fi or high-tension power lines? It's all cumulative!

Feb 22nd 2008 9:00AM I had my daughter when I was 22 (I'm 43), and I was ready in my late teens already to be a mother. This is when humans are most fertile, have the most energy, and have the least problematic pregnancies.
Years ago people were having children at much younger ages than we are seeing today, so we're going against nature by saying sex and pregnancy are bad things at this age. Look at the rise in birth defects as couples try to postpone having children. It's all about control - damn that teenager's sex drive! Shut it off!
I think religion and government did this to us. They've successfully convinced us that there is something wrong with kids for wanting to have sex, make babies, and be in la-la love-land at this age. What, did God mess up when he created teenagers?
No. We are trying to play 'god' by altering his plan to fit ours. Kids are a bother to us, cost too much money, and dig into our social lives.
I would sooner see our government and religious leaders sterilized.
This is sick.

Jan 27th 2008 12:17PM Linda - join Lymenet and get tested for Lyme AND coinfections by an LLMD by a decent lab. I lost weight with Lyme, but some people gain. Sometimes the coinfections are worse than the Lyme itself, but with your joint problems, I know you have one of these infections - and viruses go along with it! Please join Lymenet! Your weight gain is not your fault.

Your cell phone is to blame for why these people can't fight off the virus, not what they eat or how many miles they run a day.
I was a toothpick my entire life. I ate the most high calorie foods you can think of and never gained a pound. I only got exercise in the summer, and nothing formal. Why could I eat bags of chips and a box of twinkies and not gain an ounce, yet my neighbor could not?
