Dec 28th 2009 5:53PM I can beat that one... the girl next to me when I gave bith to my son (Eugene, now 22) named her daughter CHARMIN... since "everyone's baby was named Charmaine"... I said; "Seriously? You're going to name your daughter after toilet paper?" the other name that drives me absolutely nuts is the name "Jamal" - in Arabic it means "Camel". Now, while I know that the camel for many eons was the lifeblood of Arabic countries and their main means of transportation, the mental picture I get when I hear the name Jamal, makes me laugh... find out what the name means before you stick it to your child, I don't care how MUSICAL or ETHNIC you think it sounds, know what it means, and how it can be distorted... your kids will thank you later

Feb 12th 2009 6:31PM Hindu have been drinking their own urine for years... it seems, without any ill effects. They are also vegan and very healthy. But sorry, I'm more concerned with my "human-ness" than my "Hindu-ness" - not me. I've put enough odd things in mouth (unknowingly, when we traveled internationally)m without doing it consciously... We had Sprint, and in five years of having a cel phone with them (the only company who had service where we lived)- I never received a correct bill from them. While it costs the company nearly nothing to provide these services, they also don't give you something for free - it's irresponsible to download like crazy - like it costs nothing... unlimited doesn't always mean unlimited...

Jun 22nd 2007 11:40PM Like Wanda Sykes said on Letterman; "All Paris had to do was sit down, be quiet, and be rich. She even screwed THAT up!" She hasn't done anything worthy of adoration, I don't think she's especailly pretty, but she's supposedly a model. She doesn't make any philanthropic donations, she doesn't seem to be able to do anything except be stupid. Apparently, she can't even drive.
