Jul 25th 2008 3:27PM Okay, technically this guy stole and is therefore guilty of a misdemeanor and should've been arrested. However, if the money in the fountain was for charity and this guy was poor and may've just needed 42 cents more to buy lunch, then perhaps the court will make an exception in this case. Meanwhile, arrest, court costs, etc. will cost way more than 42 cents.

Jul 6th 2008 3:46PM While there are certainly some McD's items worth bashing, their Filet-O-Fish is the only fast food fish I ever eat. It's way better than the fish sandwich at Burger King or the fish at both Long John Silver's and even England's Fish and Chip stands. McDonald's Filet-O-Fish is a truly American fast food pleasure.

You tip a waitress 15% just for walking from the kitchen to your table but many of you are so cheap with delivery guys who drive through even the worst weather to get your dinner to you. Your delivery charge is his salary. But like a waitress he still deserves a generous tip. Many of these guys use their own cars and have to pay for car's fuel and upkeep. At least give the guy a dollar or 2. He deserves it.
