ATT had been slightly improving, until in the past month - almost timed with when they announced the T-Mo deal - service is back to a few years' ago's crappiness.

Naturally, Ralph de la Vega will pop up at any moment and in his smarmy tone suggest that I expect too much for my money, and by trying to simply use my cell phone I'm not just abusing their network - but I should pay even more than the $140 I already pay monthly for service on a single iPhone.

When you look at ATT's share dividends - they are using their cash to pay ever-increasing dividends rather than improve their infrastructure. Their dividend has gone up 23% since the iPhone came out, and this last quarter alone they paid out approximately $2.5 billion dollars cash to shareholders.

I don't have a problem with this if ATT are reliably delivering service - but they are not.
