Then again, what they actually CAN DO when they get in office in another story. Its not so much the president as it is the congress and the senate that road block issues.Hey, maybe we should get rid of them all together and let the people vote on issues like the budget,war, pay raises, ect!!! Isn't that a novel idea?

Oct 2nd 2007 5:32AM I am NOT a Paris Hilton fan, but there was no reason for Letterman to do what he did. I used to THINK he was an asshole, now I KNOW he is one. It was not funny. HE IS NOT FUNNY AT ALL! How is that jerk even on TV????? How low have we gone as a society, to think he is so funny. Give me Jay Leno anyday!!!!

She is desperate need of some sort of commitment to an institution that can help her. Where is her family in all this mess? Why don't her "friends" help her. The media NEEDS to leave her alone.
