Oct 16th 2007 2:00PM Now all DirecTV has to do is upgrade their customer service, because it truly sucks the big one! Equipment is not too great either! 6 bad boxes in less than 2 years! And every time they tell me its got to be the wiring or dish misalignment. What a joke!
