Mar 27th 2007 8:06AM I have been @ Wal-Mart for 3 yrs and this is the first time I have got the bonus! I was proud of mine and the work for I do for this company! Wal-Mart may not be the best place to work but we are always there for each other! I think of my fellow workers as family and would help any of them out anytime! We may not have the best pay BUT at least we have a paycheck coming in. The bonus system is based on how the store does so not all stores will get one.What does people think of the new system for this yr?
