May 14th 2008 11:51AM Every situation is different and not everyone deserves to lose their home.
However, those who bought a home with NO money down and were stupid enough to get some sort of reverse mortgage or negative amortization loan deserve whatever happens to them.
What sort of moron gets a loan where the longer you own the home the more you owe .. ??
The mortgage companies are as much to blame as some of the buyers. They should never have offered such ridiculous financing options.
I bought a home a few years ago. At the time the mortgage company told me I should invest my down payment in other things and take advantage of one of their incredibly stupid financing options.
I told them they had to be nuts! I want to put the standard 10% down and I want a fixed rate mortgage .. so I know exactly what I will be paying next month, next year and for as long as I own the home. I don't like surprises where my finances are concerned!
Right now, the value of my home has decreased a bit .. but at least I know exactly what my payments are and that will not change.
In time the value of the home will go up again.

Movies cost a lot of money to produce. They can't keep rescheduling and postponing things .. and keeping other acting professionals on hold while the druggie losers get their f***ing shit together.
They need to just move on with production .. hire other more dependable talent .. and let the drugged out losers wallow in their drug induced stupors.
These half wits need to realize that they ARE replaceable. If they don't appreciate the lifestyle maybe they don't deserve to have it.
Let them hit rock bottom and see how they like living in the gutter with the rest of the degenerates.

When something like that happens, don't just walk away .. IMMEDIATELY call the local gaming commission.
I have done this on several occasions in Las Vegas. They are normally at the casino within 30 minutes and begin investigating exactly what happened.

Why should I care about his material belongings? NOT!
56"TV, desktop, laptop, thousands of dollars worth of business suits - all destroyed!
