All there is to read on here is pro & con statements about the two canidates. Neither has done anything to stop run away inflation as members of Congress. I assure you neither will do anything as President either!

I wonder how many voters are aware that their vote does not elect the president? It is electoral cotes that are controlled by political action groups (corporate business tycoons)!
We the people, have allowed The White House & Congress to take away our liberties one by one. They answer not to the American people and have created a social order, equal to a third world country.
What a choice we are given as to who will be the next President of the US? A black man that clearly does not like white peole and an old man that should be enjoying his golden years in retirement?

Personally, I don't give a damn, as long as she stays out of my neighborhood. "My neighbohood has balcks & whites but we have no open racists type happening.

Mar 2nd 2007 6:46AM Want a story? I am a 40% disabled Veteran (according to the VA) and suffer from positional virtigo (injury to my right ear during a tour in Thailand working of B-66 aircraft). It's difficult to get up in the mornings etc; but the VA will not increase my disability rating. OK, I can live with that but I can not collect my social security benefits because President Bush refused to sign the bill that would allow Veterans that were medically retired with less than 20 yrs active duty to collect social benefits that they have paid into! At age 60, my health is fair and I need dental work that I can't afford and the VA will not provide it to Veterans with less than 100% disability. It's a disgrace for Veterans to be treated like this! I agree with Imus, where are those that have the wealth that can afford to step forward and assist Veterans who are down and out? I read where Bill Gates donated like 20 Billion dollars to the arts (or something along that line), just think how many Veterans with health issues that kind of help, would insure that Veterans receive the best health care money can buy (just as the President and members of Congress get)!
