Jan 20th 2011 7:18PM I totally agree with her I myself refuse to upgrade my cell phone I have no land line and am contiplating getting one again once my contract is over with Verizon. We are travelling at the speed of light these days with communications the internet facebook, texting, tweeter and all those other devices that are clouding our imagination and life. I use to be addicted to the internet I no longer have it at home and read the newspaper now. I do have it at the work place but use it sparingly mostly work related e-mails and information that I need for work. It has its place but 24/7? these days people can't drive without texting or using their cell phones... Communication old fashion talking is becoming a lost art... so sad

Jan 10th 2011 10:05AM Everyone one who has any knowledge of what it takes to become a good QB scouts coaches trainers all know there are certain fundementals esential to playing any position. As an athlete no one can dispute his ability. His skills will have to be proven on the field. How soon QB's like Leaf, Young, Russel who were top draft picks and who's skills and fundamentals were questioned, where are they now??? If a player is coachable he can achieve great hights, but if he has his own idea's on how to reach success then he will be like so many other high draft picks and end up like all the rest. Elway was a great QB he has two rings back to back to prove it how many do you have?

Jan 6th 2011 1:28PM I am a 12 yr veteran of the Catholic School system. I don't regret the education I got but my problem has to do with any organized religion. Human beings run these financial institutions all in the name of God. Religion has caused more wars and deaths all in the name of God. I don't believe God wanted us to take these drastic measures just so we can pray and worship in our own way. Who are we to say how a person should pray to God, we are all children in the eyes of the Almighty!!! In the words of Rodney King "Can we all just get along?"

Nov 24th 2010 11:46AM She is right!!! It was the begining of the europeans invasion of the indigineous people who lived here, the millions who cherished and respected their land. They may have had their wars, its the nature of the human species but the didn't bring all the deseases like small pox syphilis, that in essence caused genocide of many of the tribes who lived here. If we really knew history as it really happened it would open the eyes of the ultra right conservative republican christians.
