Michael Douglas' Ex-Wife Wants a Piece of His 'Wall Street 2' Money (PopEater)

Jun 28th 2010 4:33PM OMG what insanity. If I had 4.5 million I would have been able to do wonderous things with my life and invest, etc. This woman is pure evil and a blood sucker. Why should she get something now after 10 years? I realize there is a stipulation in the divorce agreement but let's be real. What hasn't she had from the 45 million she got from him in the first place? What a waste on a woman who is this greedy and just plain out for the pain and suffering it will cost Michael and his new family.

The 411 on Census Bureau Jobs (AOL Jobs)

May 29th 2010 9:58AM Ok first for BIG am surprised that you passed the test as you don't have the best spelling abilities. I took the test when everyone else did and had a low score but acceptable as passing. I wasn't called for the first push but was thrilled they called me in April for work. Unemployed for 13 months this was to be a blessing. Although the training class got off to a rock start, different trainer first 3 days we did have a great group and we all fully understood what was expected of us. Now the assignments were given as to who our crew leader would be and she organized daily meetings at the same place and time which was great for all of us. If you worked that day you had to come in next day to turn in your completes and payroll paperwork. Yes we wrote in pencil but that is because when you are interviewing someone that is not fluent in English you will make errors. Easier to erase then start a new form and less waste. I was sent in low income family neighborhoods and apartment complexes and only had one home express anger towards me. I loved meeting the people of different cultures and yes we had numerous choices for ethinical backgrounds to choose from. Info sheets were typed in English and Spanish and we also had language info cards for those from other cultural backgrounds. All in all we had a gread crew leader, assistant crew leader but we were so efficient we soon ran out of work in our district. Remember it's not only roads, curbs etc..but for medical facilities, schools, teachers, highways, reprentatives of the house in your state, and to better able our communities to meet the needs of those of different cultures and those in need of daily living basics. All in all if I wasn't going to be 67 when the next one comes around, I would do it again and again.

'Bombshell' McGee Tells Sandra Bullock: 'I'm Sorry' (PopEater)

Apr 13th 2010 5:01PM OMG she's not a fault? Where is this woman's sense of morality? She knew that Jesse was married and she had the choice to say "NO, I don't want to go there with a married man" believe me I speak from experience. She should hang her head in shame and beg Sandra for her forgivness. On the other hand, Jesse is also to blame and should also suffer any rebuttal. He knows he is married, knows the vows amd je needs to stand/face up to his mistakes and face the music. If the marriage isn't working, LEAVE before you cheat or ruin what little the marriage has left.

Huge Stars Rally For 'Hope For Haiti Now' (PopEater)

Jan 22nd 2010 10:10PM Ok I want to know how much each one of these rich stars/celebrities have donated some of their millions to any country that needs help. Oprah giving away cars to Americans, famous brand gifts to audience...etc... I bet they could even write it off on their taxes. I am broke, jobless for 10 months and I can't do anything but pray for these lost souls. What more can the rich and famous do?

Arnold Stang, voice of Top Cat, dead at 91 (AOL TV)

Dec 24th 2009 12:46PM OMG I just realized that every comment so far, lest I jinx it, has been a positive one. Could it be that those commenting are of an age (era) of respect and kindness? Wow this is awesome. No negativity or bs...Oh and I do believe that Wally Gator did the "heavens to mergatroid". There is a cartoon station through our cable that shows cartoons like Top Cat...Tom and Jerry, etc....forgive me my mind forgets lol....can't remember the name of the Station. Have a great one all.

Wal-Mart's sick leave policy risks spreading swine flu (WalletPop)

Nov 6th 2009 3:03PM Wal Mart is very harsh when it comes to their employees being out sick. You are afraid to stay out even if you have a fever, strep throat etc for fear of losing your job. They used to be more family orientated when Sam was alive but now it's cut throat and yes, you do get so many allowed absences but then when that Decision Day comes around you had better not fart wrong for ONE whole year while you are on probation!!!! There are people that can't afford the medical insurance at Wal Mart and even when they do it's costly to go to the dr's for an excuse. Once you obtain that excuse it's not worth the paper it was written on. My home was vandalized the last time I called in. I had to stay up till 5:30 A.M. to finish police reports, clean my home and deal with the emotional issues at hand and I called in. Two days later after my immediate mgr came back to work, I was fired!!!! They continue to do this and it is a horrible feeling for any of the employees that get a "Decision Day" because so many of them have children, loved ones, etc and they are scared to death of losing their jobs. Wonder what percentage of the unemployment rate is contributed to Wal Mart's firing people.

Web Typo Costs Dad Over $60,000 (Switched)

Sep 26th 2009 11:07AM No this woman was wrong in keeping the money! Why do you think she had it hidden in her house. She had to pay off gambling debts?? Does that sound like she is responsible? The man made an error, there are major companies that do the same thing. I'm not sure about Dutch law but here in the states she would be responsible for returning the money or go to jail or community service. What a piece of work this woman must be. Doesn't she feel guilty that this money could have been all that the depositor had in his savings? Did she not think that it may have been for an emergency or life threatening situation? I can't believe some of the people that are on our planet. Makes me wonder how much longer we are going to continue to be civilized???
