Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer Signs Tough Immigration Law (Politics Daily)
Apr 23rd 2010 8:03PM Yeh, it's "institutionalized discrimination," all right... DISCRIMINATION AGAINST ILLEGAL ALIENS! And it's about time, too! You bleeding heart "do-gooders" might have a different view of things if YOU got held up or kidnapped or had a family member killed by one of these illegals you are crying about "protecting." Civil rights?? What about MY civil rights to live peaceably and without having to worry every day and night about some illegal immigrant breaking into my house, or attacking my family? IT'S ABOUT TIME THE CIVIL RIGHTS OF AMERICAN CITIZENS, NOT THE ILLEGALS, WERE PAID ATTENTION TO AND PROTECTED!!!!
Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer Signs Tough Immigration Law (Politics Daily)
Apr 23rd 2010 7:54PM For those of you who ARE legal citizens that MIGHT be asked for your proof of citizenship, you should BE GLAD that this law has been signed into effect to PROTECT YOU and YOUR FAMILIES, and GLADLY and PROUDLY furnish your proof of citizenship when asked. The fools that are protesting this law are the very ones that SUPPORT illegal immigration, and THAT is why they are protesting, NOT because of "THE RACE CARD." I would hope that any Hispanic Americans (or any other ethnic group, for that matter) that are here LEGALLY would remember that they ARE here LEGALLY, that there was a procedure for either themselves or their ancestors to go through in order to acheive legal citizenship status, and that they would take offense at the number of illegal aliens in this country STEALING JOBS AND MONEY from LEGAL American citizens. BRAVO to Ms. Brewer for taking a stand to protect what the Federal government and Obamanation will not.
Obama Calls Kanye West a 'Jackass' (Politics Daily)
Sep 15th 2009 10:05AM GOOD for President Obama - the first thing he's EVER said that I can finally AGREE WITH! Taylor Swift, while at a loss for words over having her moment stolen from her, at least showed some poise and class, while Kanye West showed the world what a low-life, ignorant, classless JACKASS NI**ER he REALLY is. (And don't play the racist card with me, I'm referring to the ignorant, selfish attitude he displayed, not his skin color!!) Taylor's parents did a great job raising her; Kanye's momma oughta be bitch slapped for the job she did! And kudos to Beyonce for stepping up with some class, as well. It's just too bad this won't be the nail in the coffin of Kanye's career... proving that his fans are as ignorant and devoid of decency as he is.
Should Home Depot stop advertising on Fox? (BloggingStocks)
Aug 1st 2007 7:37AM "Home Depot is unswayed, and the environmentalists appear to be doing something they generally discourage: wasting energy."
MAYBE we could solve the energy crisis if we could come up with a way to harness the energy from the HOT AIR the LIBERALS keep SPEWING.....

Is Catholicism the One True Church? (News Bloggers)
Jul 11th 2007 3:44PM To Steve Seivers, I apologize and stand corrected for giving the wrong reference; it was the 3rd Article of the Bill of Rights that prevents the government from establishing a state religion, not the 3rd Amendment. The reference to "Supreme Judge" was from the Declaration of Independence, not the Constitution. And I agree with you, the intent of the 3rd article was to prevent the problems that happened in Europe.
Is Catholicism the One True Church? (News Bloggers)
Jul 11th 2007 1:35PM Jesus Christ declared Himself "the Way, the Truth, and the Life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me" (John 14:6), which answers the question of whether one religion is (more) right than others. There are, no doubt, many Catholics who will make it to heaven, but not the whole Catholic church... nor the whole Baptist or Lutheran or Methodist or Church of Christ or etc. Only those who worship God in spirit and in truth, as revealed individually, will make the cut.
Steve Seivers, you only got it half right- the 3rd Amendment to the Constitution prevents the government from establishing a "state religion," but does NOT exclude religious input on matters of law and order. Indeed, the Declaration of Independence recognizes and declares God's existence, "appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions," i.e., the Founding Fathers understood and adopted Judeo-Christian values and guidance in establishing the United States. You can hardly misconstrue "Supreme Judge" to be Satan, so that rules out hanging a pentagram in the courthouse; and just whom do Atheists claim is the "Supreme Judge of the world?" In time, they will find out exactly Whom it is, and that they were woefully wrong in their thinking. If I'm wrong in my thinking, and there is no God, I think I can afford it... can you?
States Want to Ban Texting While Driving (Switched)
Jun 13th 2007 3:06PM Whata bunch of phoneys: I vote for a BAN on texting, because I personally DON'T do it. I DO talk on my cell phone while driving, WITH a Bluetooth headset AND BOTH hands on the wheel, thank you very much. As long as a hands-free option of some kind is used, so that both hands can be on the steering wheel and both eyes can be focused on the traffic situation around you, then talking on a cell phone while driving can be helpful, as in getting directions when needed, or for calling 911 when I see someone TEXTING or HOLDING A PHONE TO THEIR EAR WITH ONE HAND AND A LATTE IN THE OTHER, DRIVING WITH THEIR KNEES, ETC. Talking on a cell phone with hands free is no more a distraction than carrying on a conversation with a passenger, and I see plenty of people on the roads turning around behind the wheel to talk with back seat passengers, you gonna outlaw that, too? I think that particualr issue is adequately addressed with current reckless driving laws, but I think there needs to be a *special* category for people texting on a phone or talking without using a hands-free headset. I would agree with insurance companies cancelling policies on people that do it, too. I was rear-ended by someone talking on a cell phone- guess what? He wasn't using hands-free, he was holding it up with one hand and spacing off with the other brain cell.

Dog vs. Shark (AOL Video Blog)
May 23rd 2007 4:39PM That shark was either already dead, or nearly so. A friend of mine caught a shark about that size a few years ago off Pawley's Island, SC, and after finally being reeled in (it took about 30 minutes) the shark still had some fight left in it. This thing isn't even chomping its jaws on the hook, which it would be doing if it were alive and conscious.... no brave dog here, just a dead shark being dragged around in the water.
