Nov 30th 2010 12:36AM Highlights don't need to cost $100 plus every month IF done right....A highlight will last 3-4 months depending on rate of growth..and keep in mind a "touch up" is less expensive since it requires much less product and less time spent in application...Most salon charges for color or highlights(any chemical for that matter) has to factor in the length and time it takes...A good salon will guarantee their results...as I have for 20 years
