Bush Administration Lied 935 Times in the Lead up to Iraq War {News Bloggers}

DancesWithFascists:
"Growing evidence suggests that 9/11 was actually planned and implemented by Bush and Cheney, probably with the help of Mossad and a number of other flying monkeys including Osama bin Laden"

Oh, so your one of those 'Americans' who will sink so low as to blame Bush for killing thousands of American citizens. Its nice to know the types of beliefs held by the people who willingly gobble up the bullshit cooked here everyday by Chef Cenk.

At some point you have to make a choice to either believe what the politicians have to say, or believe what the enemies of the politicians have to say. Or both or neither, whatever you want.

Both will be biased enough but both will deny it. Naturally most democrats will align themselves with anything anti-Bush even though it may not be pro-truth.

Huckabee Advocates Changing the Constitution to Live By "God's Standards" {News Bloggers}

Jan 17th 2008 10:51PM "I believe in the right and perhaps the obligation to be armed and I want that as a hedge against dominionism or other treasonous movement against american democracy."

Then maybe it is time for you to tell this to your elected Representatives. I'm sure you have neighbors who disagree. They claim that by making guns illegal their sale will cease, just like alcohol during prohibition and drugs today. Problem solved!

"They are unrelated issues except as a foxfart"

Un-fact. Believe it or not, the 'freedom of religion' and 'right to bear arms' are BOTH written in our Constitution. We are, in fact, dealing with two apples. And you will sit here and try to convince me one is an orange.

More tapdancing from the slavery supporting, voter buying, succession backing sect of American politics not seen in the present administration, but always lurking in the background, betrayed by the spineless elected puppets of our current president.

Huckabee Advocates Changing the Constitution to Live By "God's Standards" {News Bloggers}

Jan 17th 2008 10:32PM "jj, your life is so simple. I'm almost envious until I realize that you've voluntarily lobotomized yourself in order to have it that way."
Goddess Heathen Brian

Since when did having a religion make someone stupid or clueless? You overly smug, 100% sure of yourself, self-serving atheists have more things wrong with you than can be counted.

Lets start with your my-way-or-the-highway attitude; how anyone who believes in a better reason for living or does not share the same depressing attitude as you is considered ignorant and somehow lesser than yourself.
You hiss and jab at religion as if religion itself was some terrible evil. Forget that it provides a excellent set of morals and hope for a life after this, you just hate the fact that some people out their put their faith in a higher being, despite you evidence to the contrary.

You can scream and shout all you want about the 'holes' in my religion but at 8 on Sunday morning, guess where you will find me?

Huckabee Advocates Changing the Constitution to Live By "God's Standards" {News Bloggers}

Jan 17th 2008 10:12PM Huckabee uses his idea of incorporating religion into politics as if it were a benefit, as if it is acceptable in our country. I am a practicing Christian and a registered Republican and I am severely opposed to Huckabee. He stands for all that we have fought to separate from, too much religion in politics? What next? Our Freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, right to bear arms...

Wait a second.
You liberals already started on that one, is this not the same issue!!!
Tell me how you feel you are able to complain about religion in politics (using the Constitution) while, behind your back, you are taking guns from the hands of law-abiding citizens when the right to bear arms is clearly stated in the Constitution. I'll be damned if you are allowed to have it both ways.

My next question is simple, its to all audiences:

Why do you allow Huckabee to ride the 'holy horse' on his way to the White House but have such a HUGE problem with Romney being Mormon, even though he has clearly stated that Mormonism is for HIM, not for our country.

Mitt Romney Caught in a Fake Photo-Op {News Bloggers}

Jan 16th 2008 5:29PM "Think about it. Mormons don't care about the "earthly". They do not care about anything or anyone that is not Mormon, so why does this guy want to be President?"

Talk about the assumption of the century. DavidG how many Mormons do you personally know? I would love to know which overflowing knowledge vault you are tapping to make such a false and ignorant stereotype.
The saddest thing here is that you probably believe this.
To answer your question, I believe he is running for President so that he can FIX our economic situation and otherwise change our government to be better prepared to handle terrorism, illegal immigration, and the recessing economy.

By the way, I did not answer that for you, you seem to be far too concerned with his religion to be swayed by something so trivial as his actual stance on the issues.

C12: Your English is horrible, is that why you seem to have such a huge problem with Republicans? Damn those bastards for wanting to kick out all those economy draining, non-taxpaying, future liberals out of this sweet sweet country. I am of course assuming that you are over the age of 10.

SUE: Whenever you are ready to "defend Hillary" go ahead and let us all know, make it in caps to, because it is easy to read and adds significantly to your argument, that's why we all do it.

Don't kid yourself, if the article had been about Hillary, people would be attacking her, not defending her... why do you think that is?

Is John Edwards Trying to Become Obama's Vice President? {News Bloggers}

Jan 15th 2008 5:14PM CN: Your reasoning is very sound. I myself have thought the same way, if Hillary wins the nomination, its all but sealed the deal for the Republicans. But thinking of her with the possibility of winning gives me the chills.

On the other hand, I do not believe that the judge who sued the Chinese dry cleaning shop for (insert number here) million dollars because they lost his pants actually thought that he was 'in the right'. I am pretty sure he knew that his lawsuit was trivial and just wanted a peice of the pie.

The man had probably seen a horde of lazy people sue average Americans because their coffee was too hot or because they tripped on some one else's sidewalk.

This happens to large companies only because people think that just because the large companies can afford to pay it means that they are entitled to. Classic liberal thinking I might add.

Mitt Romney Caught in a Fake Photo-Op {News Bloggers}

Jan 15th 2008 5:00PM How is this news? Why don't you instead try to discredit his years of financial success, and how well equipped he is to deal with our financial crises?
The only cheese-ball here is you, sir. Bottom feeders like you inhale and spit out any low scale, half-important yet still not pertinent situation which serves to debase a republican or anything related to their party.

"And this story isn't really important "

You concede before you are even done making your... point? This speaks wonders of your intent.

Hope no one who read this was fooled.

Is John Edwards Trying to Become Obama's Vice President? {News Bloggers}

Jan 14th 2008 9:06PM " It is so obvious that you and all the other GOP GUYS fear a Hillary nomination because you know she will win the Presidency"

Would you like to put some money on that Kim? Their are far more Hillary haters out there than their are confused liberal feminists. I'm waiting for the Democrats to attack her voting record, voting for the Iraq War and the Patriot Act? How silly of her. Then again, she sways with the popular opinion like a branch in the wind.
Then again Obama hasn't been in the game long enough to vote on either. But that doesn't matter anymore, the media loves him, that seems to be enough.

Is John Edwards Trying to Become Obama's Vice President? {News Bloggers}

Jan 14th 2008 5:31PM CN, I believe he was referring to the lawyers who literally seek out injured people in order to launch ridiculous and time consuming lawsuits against innocent parties in order to make a few (thousand) bucks. It is dishonest work at best and is what is causing the continual rise of health care and driving good doctors out of high-lawsuit areas (take Illinois). I am not saying that Edwards is one of those special contributors to our society, but I would surely vote against him if he was (especially an Obama Edwards duo). The simple fact that they are 'not Bush' in no way qualifies them for presidency, for a democrat, this seems to be the lowest of standards.

"What USA does not need is an ambulance chasing lawyer in the White House."

I'll tell you exactly the United States does NOT need: inexperience. When a candidate has not had enough time to prove (by votes or actions) that he actually believes in his policies, then how do know what he will do in office?

Find Out Who Our Next President Will Be {News Bloggers}

Jan 9th 2008 8:54PM Obviously a mere question can be cause for great confusion.
I never said you liked Obama because of his "fresh face" I was asking any Obama supporters in the area (this means you) what they see in him BESIDES a fresh face.

But hey, lets forget it (comedy of errors; I believe so). Thanks for your answer and I am glad 'lack of experience' was not up their as a quality. Believe it or not, according to other Obama supporters I associate myself with, a lack of experience seems to be a good thing now-a-days. Their relatively simple reasoning is that: "Hey, Bush had tons of experience and he sucks". Debatable, but Bill Clinton also has experience, and guess what? So did every president before him.

Sometimes I think the Democrats are supporting Obama just because he is not Bush. Or mabye because he supports ... ***change****... ahh what an idea, a President who, when elected, will ***change*** things... what a dangerously broad and general word to rally behind.

I guess just as Bush used the idea of 911, Democrats now use the idea of change.
