It's the end of the recession as we know it. Why don't we feel fine? (Daily Finance)

Nov 3rd 2009 8:30PM Nope, we were not 'lied to' by Obama. The fact is that he thought that he could do EVERY SINGLE THING that he said to us he was going to do.... then, when he got into office, the Repukians started playing "BRICK WALL" with him so he couldn't get anything done.

Mother of Baby Run Over By Train Credits Harness And God For Saving Son's Life (ParentDish)

Nov 3rd 2009 8:20PM The sad thing is that some people were saying that she did this on purpose.... I don't think so, to be blunt. I have watched the tape and enhanced the .avi version posted online in some places, and it just looks like she accidentally bumped the stroller, thought that the brake was on, and didn't realize until MUCH later (a few seconds) that the stroller was moving.

Can We Have Morality Without God? (News Bloggers)

Aug 15th 2008 1:10PM Yes, Dinesh, we can have morality without 'God'.... but when we acknowledge that there is no such thing as 'God'.... we realize that we do NOT HAVE A RIGHT TO DICTATE TO PEOPLE THEIR OWN ACTIONS, unless they are causing physical harm (without that person's permission) to someone else or forcing someone else to do something that they do not want to do.

That means that 99.9999% of the morality of today.... would go out the window. That is what frightens most people in this world (doesn't frighten me at all).

That they would no longer have a right to force people to adhere to their personal moral beliefs. Not their children, not their spouses, not ANYONE!

The fact is that some people don't want religion to disappear because then everyone would realize "Wait a minute! I don't have a right to dictate to ANYONE who they make love with, not even my children!" and other things like that.

It simply TERRIFIES some people and frankly..... they are the problem, and I seriously wish that they would all have strokes and die, or have strokes that would wipe that bull out of their minds, at the very least.

Drilling Sense Into Democrats (News Bloggers)

Jul 30th 2008 7:48PM "Um... no. That would be belief in God is the fuel that drives the engine of Islamic radicalism."

Ryan, you are absolutely right. The fact is that were we to get rid of ALL religions, there would be no more radicialism connected with religion anymore, and most likely, no more radicalism at all.

On the subject that Dinesh is talking about, he is actually right on this issue for once. Yes, the Democrats are TOTALLY wrong about not drilling both in ANWR and off-shore. Yes, I have told my Democratic friends that and pointed out the fallacies of some of my 'enviro-loony' friends problems with drilling for oil.

Einstein's God (News Bloggers)

May 26th 2008 6:14AM "Somebody needs to give professor x a hot lead enema."

I agree totally with that statement, Linda.... just another INSANE religious person who wants to tell other people what to do and frighten them into doing what HE wants them to do with the idea that it is some 'omniscient, omnipotent, always right god' telling him that he is right and everyone else is wrong.

Einstein's God (News Bloggers)

May 26th 2008 6:10AM Frankly, I am a person who believes that there are only things that we do not understand YET. Frankly, one day MILLIONS of years in the future, we might understand exactly how the universe was created and...... SHOCK OF SHOCKS! THAT WE CREATED IT OURSELVES!

That is more possible to me than one person creating the whole ENTIRE universe by themselves. Simply put, there is NO ONE who could or WOULD be that powerful alone, period and done with.
Maybe a group of MILLIONS of people created this universe, but not one person..... or a concatenation of NUMEROUS spirits and people's working together.

John McCain's Pastor Says Hitler Was Sent by God to Kill the Jews (News Bloggers)

May 26th 2008 6:04AM You would be shocked at how many people actually believe something like this. Some people have it into their heads that homosexuals should be killed, just like the Nazi's did to the Jews. Some do it to pedosexuals or want to. Etc. etc. etc..... nearly every differing faith, race or gender on this planet has someone who wants to wipe it out, and I don't understand that and I ESPECIALLY don't understand why their imaginary 'gods' are invoked to give them the right to do that.

This is the EXACT reason why I say that it is time to go to an Atheistic society. If you are HONEST in an Atheistic society, you cannot justify killing another person for ANY reason, save if they are trying to kill you at that very moment.

Update from R. Kelly's Trial: If It Ain't Your Mole, It Ain't Your Pole (News Bloggers)

May 26th 2008 5:58AM Guys, get a life. It is not 'rape' to have consensual sex with a young girl, period and done with.

You guys are trying to stretch the definition of rape to a place where it does NOT belong. Frankly, statutory rape is not rape and should be repealed.
Child sexual abuse is not really a crime (any child who doesn't want a sexual relationship with an adult is VERY able to tell them so, as I did, yea and nay, when I was a child).

Simply put, it is time to stop pushing your Puritanical sexual morality on children, teenagers, and adults who don't find other adults attractive.
You tried that shit with the adults who had sex with other adults outside of marriage. You tried it with homosexuals...... it's about time to realize that you are using pedosexuals as a 'boogie man' in order to get people to give up their rights.

Now, do we have to protect children from people who want to force them into sex? Yes, but the funny thing about that: most of THEM are created by the very laws that we say are supposed to be protecting children today, by sexually frustrating them to the point where they go INSANE.

Irony 101 (News Bloggers)

May 26th 2008 5:51AM Well, this is a big fat "DUH!" here. Of course, if you have a billboard with TEENY-TINY print that you expect someone to read as they go past at high speeds, it is going to make the roads less safe while their attention is not focused on the road itself.
That is why in America, road signs are short, sweet and to the point, even the ones that are telling us whether there is a place to eat, lodgings, etc. on the road ahead of us somewhere.

Why Secular Liberals Are So Unhappy (News Bloggers)

May 26th 2008 5:45AM Dinesh, you REALLY need to stop writing articles on this subject..... every single thing OUT OF YOUR MOUTH seems to be a diatribe against secular people and Atheistic people, and saying "they are less happy than other people!"

Yeah, we are.... because we know this world could be a WHOLE lot better if we would get rid of religion and simply go to a world where EVERYONE IS TREATED EQUALLY and where the decisions that are made in this world are based on SCIENCE, not on some INSANE person's belief 100-2,000 or more years ago that they 'heard a god in their head'.
Frankly, were someone to tell me that today..... I would conk them over the head and get them to the nearest loony bin.

Simply put, Dinesh.... THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS 'god'. Science has proven creationism to be false, has proved the Bible, Talmud and Koran to be FILLED with lies, and has proven that this world is a FUCKLOAD older than it would have to be if those 'faiths' are true.
