Sammy Sosa Wants to Keep Playing Baseball {AOL Sports Blog}

Nov 3rd 2007 7:25PM sosa would have probably had a decent year if the orioles didn't quit playing around and would have let him play daily. his stats aren't higher because they hardly used him the last 4 or 5 weeks of baseball.

if he had a spot in the line up on a daily basis his numbers would definately be higher than last year.

bonds is still playing???

the fans loved SOSA people hate bonds because they say he is to cocky , selfish, etc. (which is true)

so why not give sosa a chance. the league didn't ban GHP till after it came out.

i use to think a person could make a mistake. in this case it was apparantly very common for players to use supplements to enhance their performance.

sosa strikes out alot. but still has it in him to put up some decent stats.

had a decent year playing only part of the year on and off . how could he be consistent if they don't consistently play him?

Barry Bonds Might Want to Sue Curt Schilling {AOL Sports Blog}

Aug 14th 2007 10:25PM also no business for other players to talk about each other. if anybody should have respect for personal and private lifes wouldn't you think professional athletes would respect others peoples private business.

you would think as much as the players know the media will overexpose anything said. you would think schilling would be smart enough to mind his own business.

schilling should have got a suspension and fine for talking about bonds like that. (oh i forget it takes the government to step in for mlb to grow some balls! baseballs of course (:

he hasn't been convicted of any crimes. i mean we do live in AMERICA still?

i think bonds should sue players that talk about his life without facts? (schilling heard some rumors so he puts it in front of the world)

i guess if schilling wasn't such a loser he would be able talk about i don't know maybe HIMSELF?

sure schilling has some skeletons in his closet (as most people do)

schilling should focus on not getting injured ever few years and just focus on pitching.

don't most people wait till they retire than if they want to speak out people are more likely to listen.

sure players disagree with schilling's comments i wouldn't talk to another player if i was pro after they talked crap about someone else on camera(no facts)

schilling probably had no friends in school he was to busy talking about other people

Barry Bonds Might Want to Sue Curt Schilling {AOL Sports Blog}

Aug 14th 2007 10:08PM what is pathetic is MLB did nothing about steroids. and apparantly was accepted through the major league for many years

then they implement a policy and test for steroids great.

why go back and witchhunt some of the best alltime players.

i can imagine all the drugs players took during the 60's and 70's.

how many hall of famers pitched or played coked up or on greenies?

why not forget the past and just move on with a new policy in place. after that players that fail the policy can get witchhunted because they now know mlb doesn't condone steroid and drug use.

people dogging players give me a break.

look how big bonds is (players skinny as heck can hit homeruns out the park)

bonds was hitting homeruns before 98 or when they claim he took steroids

so what instead of getting 40 or 50 homeruns he got 70 or so one year and around 50 the other few years?

possibly he took 2 or 3 years (not like he wouldn't be hitting homeruns anyway?

how many homeruns did he hit that he couldn't hit out the park anyway (most went way past the homerun wall (would have went out anyway)

hello wake up!! he would have hit most of them out the park (why don't they just do replay's on the games and any that just barely went over the wall don't count those in the record book would that make haters happy?) probably would only add up to 10 to 30 homeruns that he benefited from if that.

bonds will be at 800+ if he plays 2008 season and the rest of this season

what a great message for kids. you make one mistake and it will haunt you the rest of your lifes.

the good old days when people would say no big deal just forget the past the player made right and quit if he was doing it.

bonds is claiming he will play through 2008. he would have broke aaron's record anyway even taking away any homeruns barely over the wall most went out the freaking park! he still hits them into the water!!

Toddler Dials 911 From Cell Phone 287 Times {Switched.com}

Jul 10th 2007 4:15PM this is to willie or peepee reed.

apparantly you don't have kids and probably guessing a kid.

your message is what is stupid.

kids love phones mother didn't realize that a disconnected phone still would reach 911.

not really that stupid (i did know that but i am not stupid enough to think everybody knows that detail)

not like the telephone company wants people to know that (some get phones just in case of an emergency)

only idiot i know is william reed the smartest person on earth.

if you have a question just ask willie.

i guess you are smart enough to know what willie is in some countries.

that is what you are.

After 756, Barry Bonds Wants 3,000 Hits in '08 {AOL Sports Blog}

Jul 8th 2007 7:57PM so how about all the players during the 60's and 70's 80's who did all types of drugs (greenies) cocaine, etc. maybe they got some of their strength or homeruns from other types of drugs?

so take away their records to? bonds was hitting them out the park before he started steriods! even on roids people think he started in 98 or 99 after watching sosa and mcgwire home run race .

so instead of bonds hitting 40 or 45 a year he hit 50 or 55? for maybe 3 or 4 years?

quite honestly i was at today's game in st. louis bonds is still built can easily hit them out the park with his size.

i dare anybody take steroids then go try to play the game (takes a lot more than steroids to know how to catch a ball, and hit a bill, when not to swing,what pitch to look for) it takes skills.

if a player takes tons of vitamins? that ENHANCE their performance that is ok.

how about all the musicians who are on drugs in rock n roll bands (they should get their awards taken away right?)

how about actors on drugs that many use during productions when they win acadamy awards lets strip those away.

exactly shouldn't do that . that would be wrong

many other careers that people get recognition for under scrutiny and no one ever complains about their career and what they did

how about the vice president of a large company his sales are 10,000,000.00 last year he increased his sales everyyear for 10 years 2 million a year.

better take away his sales since assume he was on a drug that enhanced his sales

give me a break this is USA we want results

i think mlb are jerks and the government trying to tarnish and go after players for something that much of the sport did only because they were playing around other people who were doing it

probably was very common to take steroids (so name a few top names of all time some of the best players and ruin their careers? B.S.
why not implement a no steroid policy (since it wasn't regulated till recently) then instead of a witchhunt trying to destroy good players. they should have just started after policy was in force just people that test after the zero tolerance rule was in effect.
don't worry about the past use who cares?

steroids probably only helped bonds get maybe 40 more homeruns at the most i do think if he wants to prove he is the best he should get at least 40 or 50 more than aaron that would make up for the few extra homeruns he got on steroids if any.

also everybody should check bonds stats in the years before being on steroids he was still hitting them out the park

bonds is one of the best not the best but top 20 his homerun record doesn't tarnish other players people can choose to not acknowledge bonds record if they choose and either way people can decide shouldn't be mlb that decides what records they should remove or not allow based on drug use.

(at the most bonds was to lazy to workout and instead took an easier route.) can you blame athletes that took something that mlb didn't have a rule against it that would make their hectic schedule easier. 162 or so games a year on the road constantly traveling.

if a pitcher got caught using a substance to enhance their pitch should they have their records removed (very common cheating if not caught was fairly common) EXAMPLE KENNY ROGERS LAST YEAR

The Top Five E-Mail Scams (4) {Switched.com}

Apr 26th 2007 1:19PM yes stupid to fall for these scams. i am an ebayer 8+ years and i do volume so i tend to get these offers daily.
people see my high feedback and want my info.

i have had people try all of the above on me. constantly fake paypal emails and fake ebay emails fake bank account emails, fake emails for places claiming i signed up but didn't

i got a scammer who used 9/11 attacks claiming they inherited money.

the nigerian emails are by far the easiest to spot.

and yes anytime someone sends you a payment and then asks for cash or refund back. common sense. don't do it. and if you for some reason feel you should at least wait 3+ weeks to make sure payment cleared and is legit

also many other things such as people send bounced payments or old checks with no funds in them. or fake checks with bad account numbers

people make purchases out of country and take advantage of paypal which requires tracking ( many services won't offer tracking out of the country)

tons of scams.

if you don't know an email or even if it looks legit such as a fake email from your bank or ebay or paypal.

be leary. always go directly to the website in question.

watch out when you get an email your account has had a suspicous charge and they need you to confirm through any link.

don't click on any links ever (can bring you to a fake website or page) could contain a bug or malicious script.

sometimes you don't realize that you can click on a link and not give any info and still acquire a bug or spyware without knowing.

then scammers may use your computer by entering script on your computer. and you might not know your computer has been tampered.

internet is a very unsafe place. (you can make it safe but knowing what to look for)

buy very good virus protection.

never click links in emails.

never invest or send any large amount of money thinking you are going to get rich quick.

very simple if you want to make money you have to work for it.

don't ever send money to someone you don't know or have never met. they don't care if you lose money.

better safe than sorry

Bears Fan Wants You to Pay to Take Her to Super Bowl {AOL Sports Blog}

Jan 26th 2007 12:35PM what she should do is list on ebay in the WANT IT NOW option.

then she can find someone that wants to give her a ticket

if her goal is to go to the game for free this would be the way to do it (if she wants money as well) she couldn't do it in the want it now

she wouldn't have to worry about bogus bids getting up to $99,999,999

all she has to do is list as she wants a ticket for a a penny and if she didn't put wording in mentioning escort, etc. she should be able to list.

apparantly she already has got noticed for listing it should be no problem on ebay to find someone stupid enough to give her a ticket for free
