May 19th 2010 11:47AM Just use Jillian Michaels "No More Trouble Zones", 30 day shred and Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism along with Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga, once you have mastered these videos mix them in with Billy Blanks Bootcamp Videos and run atleast 1-2 times a week

May 19th 2010 11:43AM I use the www.thefirmwave.com.It does all at the same time.My doctor said if you lack sleep it lowers metabolism.and told me I am not allowed any diet pills.Just Green Tea with Caffeine is all I am allowed to have because of a thyroid condition

May 2nd 2010 6:25PM I know that Jojoba oil works too.Whole thing is to get the sebum deposits from the hair shafts that you put stuff in your hair to style it.I've used apple cider vinegar.Warm it up a little pour on head for about an hour to clean your hair.Wash hair after the vinegar.It has to be the brown vinegar to work.
