Jan 1st 2011 7:19PM 20 grand to spend on a used car with an automatic transmission and all wheel drive? B7 audi A4, B8 audi A4 or (if you can find one for the money) B8 audi A5. 2.0t inline 4 gets you where you're going, quickly and for not a lot of gas, and DSG is far better than torque converter autos, but still automatic for that horrid LA traffic.

and they look pretty sexy too, but won't stick out too badly because a lot of people have them.

if roy was ever leaning audi to begin with, he should stick with it.

May 8th 2010 9:38PM @DaveHazard the rest of the features are enough for the ipad's intended uses. people seem to think it's going to be a compute replacement, but it's obvious that apple's engineers had MID, portable movie player, tablet notepad and maybe a gaming device in mind, so i tried to keep my suggestions simple to stay true to those uses.

May 4th 2010 2:17PM @html5FLOP apple knows exactly what they're doing: trying to control things they have no business controlling. e.g. the user experience of someone they've never met before, who bought their product specifically because it looks nice, but would like it to work more freely. just ask any jailbreaker worth his or her chops.
