Kate Hudson, What Are You Drinking? (PopEater)
Apr 5th 2011 10:52AM People have always drank alcohol while pregnant. There is no proof that a single drink will cause any harm for your baby and may even be beneficial. America is the only country in the world where people believe this. The rest of the first world countries don't see an issue with drinking while pregnant and they don't have any higher instances of issues. It isn't like she is doing a keg stand.
Makeover Diaries: Staying True to Myself and Looking Great, Too! (Stylelist (Main))
Mar 11th 2011 3:04PM I think she looked better in the first picture. She looks beautiful in both though. She should be ecstatic that she looks the way she does without makeup and rub that in other peoples faces. :)
Why Did TSA Pat Down Kids, Adults Getting Off Train? (AOL Travel News)
Mar 1st 2011 10:14AM You notice this guy said pretty much no cops are perverts, mean, or hateful. They are perfect. This is the mentality of the police. WE ARE BETTER THAN YOU.
I think NWA said it best when they said "F the police"

Mar 1st 2011 10:10AM DUI check points are the same thing as stopping at every other house on the road and searching it. Illegal.
Why Did TSA Pat Down Kids, Adults Getting Off Train? (AOL Travel News)
Mar 1st 2011 10:08AM This is one of the major reason people don't trust the police. You are talking about why you are doing things but you never stop to question if you should. According to your logic locking all men in jail would be an acceptable way to stop rapes.
1 in 1000 little boys have a bomb strapped to them? I'm willing to bet there isn't one little American boy with a bomb strapped to him right now.
Why don't I trust the government, the police, or any of the other pieces of the puzzle? People who go to get power are the least suitable to wield it. People who have had no control over their lives become cops because they want control because it makes them feel better. The police/government have committed some of the most brutal attacks in the nations history. Ruby Ridge and Waco to name two. Keep in mind that those people didn't do anything to warrant the attacks by the government - only being different. Waco and Ruby Ridge was every bit as sad and disgusting as 9/11. Even more so because it was our own government killing, us, and doing so openly and with impunity.
Police constantly abuse their powers - that is why no one likes the police. You search every person to be fair, and consider everyone a potential terrorist. You do so illegally and against the constitution. Every time a cop stops someone on the side of the road and questions them without cause. Every DUI checkpoint. Every time the police come into your house without a warrant.
This is the preemptive law on search and seizures. Anything that violates this law is illegal. If a police officer goes outside of these rights of search and seizure, they are no longer enforcing the law, they are breaking it and become criminals. If the police violate the rights and become criminals, they no longer have the protection of the law and are fair game. Every time you search someone illegally you are violating their rights no less surely than if I cuffed my neighbor up and frisked him. In my state it is legal to kill someone who attacks you. If a cop attacks you without the law on his side, he becomes another criminal in my eyes.
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Mar 1st 2011 9:12AM lol, Paranoia. People hide guns on children all the time? Well heck, people hide guns in pockets all the time. Time to outlaw pockets.
They weren't looking for guns. Any bomb they might of had would of been used already, same with the guns. They were just hassling random citizens. That being said - why do you think a gun in a train would be a problem to begin with? Im allowed to carry a concealed weapon into Chuckie Cheese and the mall, but not onto a train?
if I were a terrorist and I just wanted to do bad stuff, Id rent a F150 and drive it through a mall or a walmart. A gun only causes so much damage. Oh, wait, I better not give them the idea to outlaw F150s or pat people down who rent cars.

Mar 1st 2011 9:01AM "Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety" Benjamin Franklin, 1759.
Benjamin Franklin considered people like you to be destroyers of liberty and leading us down the path to slavery to the government. Congratulations.

Mar 1st 2011 8:57AM No one in the government has the right to search you except in a few situations. 1) You are arrested and they are searching you. 2) You allow it.
If you are getting on a plane, you allow them to search you so you can get on. You have the option of walking away. They can not randomly walk through the airport searching people. If I had been there I would of told them to suck it. They were not protecting anyone by searching people leaving a train.
As far as the idiot who said there are child suicide bombers. It's true, in war torn countries, but NOT the USA. We have only had a few domestic terrorists(Unless you count Bill Clinton and Janet Reno lol) - they are all brown people from the middle east.
The Constitution strictly forbids this kind of action by our government.
Those who think this sort of thing is ok, I have two things for you.
1) If complete safety is your main objective, and not freedom, then we will end up being a world where we are locked into 'safety' rooms so we can't hurt ourselves or anyone else. Human contact will be outlawed. You will not be allowed to move. You wouldn't want to get the flu or fall down - right? Lots of people die from the flu and falling. More than terrorism.
2) "Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety" Benjamin Franklin, 1759.
There is a reason he wrote this and believed it. I would rather be blown up than oppressed the rest of my life. Our founding fathers knew it, lived it, and believed it. Many countries in the Middle East give up one oppressive government for another all the time - we are doing the same thing. We gave up Great Britain, and now we are building our own oppressive government in the style of it. Eventually we are going to rebel and "refresh the tree of liiberty with the blood of patriots and tyrants"
My Grandson's Meltdowns Are Wearing Us Out! (ParentDish)
Jan 18th 2011 6:30AM Seriously? Being bad is not a disorder. It is from bad parenting. 99% of those disorders of the mind are just straight nonsense. By giving them and yourself and excuse as to why it isn't yours or their fault for how they act you are empowering them to continue to act the way they do. I think the correct medicine in most cases is to man up and accept responsibility for your bad parenting.
Top 10 Ways to Sink a Job Interview (AOL Jobs)
Jan 12th 2011 7:47AM That is probably because most rich successful ceo's are Republican. So if 10 businesses move out of country, most of them will be Republican by default.
Maybe some of you are misunderstanding the point of Capitalism. The point is you get to make money in the free open market. In this country, we have restricted the open market and have pretty high taxes on them. If you as an individual thought you could move to Canada and make twice as much doing the same job, you would probably really consider doing that. Our country is no longer competitive with a lot of other countries for businesses. So the businesses leave, and take the jobs with them. This is the result of years and years of adding burden to businesses so they can operate in the country.
