The fast food restaurants don't help anyone, now. The portions sold now, are ridiculously too large plus the 30-somethings on down don't eat at home, and don't watch just what, or how much they eat at one sitting. Plus too much sitting at a computer screen for hours at Big health issues are coming down the road of life if lifestyle changes aren't made.
