Get a grip people. The judges are there to JUDGE! Paula, Randy and Simon know the music industry and they know what it takes to become a star. They all have jobs to do. They know star power and talent when they see it. Paula appears sweet and nice so I think she sees the vulnerable side of people. She doesnt like to hurt peoples feelings but she is honest in her own way. Randy knows what to look for too. I believe hes looking for possible star power. While Simon, hes just looking at talent. If he sees someone with talent he goes for them but he also points out their flaws. Hes honest and cut throat because he knows the music industry can be that way. To get better and develope as preformer, one must know their weaknesses. Simon does just that. No one improves by being sugar coated and cottled along the way. I look forward to what Simon has to say because he says what Im usually thinking. If you suck, his face says it all. Rock on Simon! Keep it real!
