There are no guarantees in life. You can't change your ex husband, only the way YOU handle the situation. I didn' t have it perfect either, but my kids were none the wiser. Feb 17th 2011 6:50PM That child's hair colors were NOT extreme. Maybe inappropriate for a child her age, but definitely not extreme. Who in that school decided which colors were inappropriate? For that matter, at what time did the school decide how we should parent our children? I can understand not wanting the kids to wear gang colors, but suspending her for this?? Sounds like a bit of overkill.
