Dec 21st 2012 4:45AM We lived in Oregon and I was a housekeeper for an upscale hotel. We had to relocate to California and when we got down there I applied everywhere for a job. I had letters of recommendations and referrals. I could not get a job in the hotel industry anywhere. Finally one hotel explained to me why. I couldn't speak Spanish so therefore I wouldn't be able to communicate with the other workers. What a bunch of BS.

Sep 23rd 2011 10:56PM I had to laugh when I saw they used a Beagle for the photo on this article. These are the most annoying dogs ever. They should be with owners that take them out and exercise them daily but most people just throw them in the yard and ignore them so they get bored and bark all day.

Then we she came out about her addictions I thought, "Oh, that makes sense" as she seemed to be always slurring her words. I hope she can finally beat the monkey on her back!

Sep 10th 2011 1:32PM Normally I would be on the side of the pit but now I am questioning the breed. My son has a female pit, beautiful dog and for the most part has been a great family dog. He adopted her about a year ago. She was great with my 3 grand-daughters and they love her. But now she has snapped at my 4 year old grand-daughter and a neighbor's kid. We are going to try and give her to a rescue organization if we can find one as we don't want to chance a child getting hurt or worse.
