Woman said her drink was spiked on flight to Thailand {Gadling}

Apr 1st 2008 6:59PM Liz, one glass of wine with the right drug can definitely knock you out. And as I said, wouldn't you be pissed (no pun intended) press charges if someone had done this to you? It's kind of strange that she didn't.

Woman said her drink was spiked on flight to Thailand {Gadling}

Apr 1st 2008 6:17PM Frankly, i can't see servicemen doing that in an airplane. What would they get out of it, other than a stupid laugh? Maybe she wasn't drunk, but in fact unknowingly had a bad mix of stuff. She did say she had a glass of wine, and maybe didn't realize she had taken something that would make it a bad mix...like Benadryl, or cold medine, or even an anti anxiety pill, which is common for people who would want to relieve some of their fear of flying. I think she just wasn't sure, or didn't realize at the time. After all, she wouldn't press charges.

Madonna cancels Christmas {ParentDish}

Nov 23rd 2007 8:22PM Cancelling Christmas is not the answer. If you are raised a Christian it is your duty to celebrate it. It doesn't mean "getting" gifts either. The idea of Christmas is to give to those who are needy. Not to think of yourself or yours. It is about helping others. So, to cancel Christmas is just as selfish, because you're not thinking of others but of yourselves, and how it affects/inconveniences you...but then again, Madonna has no morals...who'd expect anything more from her.

Poll results: GM debuted the right Camaro Concept {Autoblog}

Jan 27th 2006 5:16PM I agree with Von K. 2009 IS...a bit much. Although I think GM did a great job with the Camaro Concept, with the muscle and style, but it should be out on the streets already. After all, it's "been there, done that!" with the idea. Dodge with the Charger, and Ford with their Mustang. Both, very fine jobs with capturing the era and style that so many of us remember and miss. But GM seems to be lagging a bit. And let's face it, by 09 it'll be a Hybrid.
