Disney Donald Duck Groping Case To See Day In Court (AOL Travel News)

Jan 6th 2011 12:24PM But but but.. in 1973, my family and I (I was 8 years old at the time) went to Disney World for first time (went there 4 times during 1970's but never again since 1978.) Well, I was going to say that Mickey Mouse SEND ME A POST CARD! I am good in watching people and have good memory of things in my youth. I know that Disney World send me a postcard of Mickey Mouse and said "Sorry to miss you, Mark! Hope to see you soon! Love, Mickey" And the address was send to me! It was about 2 weeks after we returned back home from Disney World. No way either of my parents did this. And the postdate as well. I still have it here somewhere. Perhaps my parents called Mickey and Gang from up here!

They DO talk!! If they do in the movies, they should talk! Why aren't they allowed to talk at the parks?

Real dumb! I can even talk like Donald Duck!

Now, in my opinion, I think this lady is making up everything. She got post-stress? HA! That is more common for soldiers in war-torn areas! Just for touching her boobies.. I think she is looking for money. No way.

If Disney Co tells their parks to stop touching people, this means no more huggings children, no more touching fans, no more touching anybody! For photos, they have to be standing 3 feet apart.

Those are the ways if Disney World want to be greedy to save money.

Lately Disney World is getting bad rap: the woman who is crying wolf (this case with Donald Duck), an amusement ride death or 2, a murder, and a suicide. What's next? A Disney Character kidnap a child? (There are so many tunnels and doors to tunnels in its entire park there). God forbid!

Restaurant Bans Screaming Kids (AOL Small Business)

Sep 14th 2010 9:57AM I saw this a few times on the news. I noticed someone from the restaurant was acting so immature! YES! Why? The mother of that austic child was holding and she was sad to see the restaurant owner bad mouthing the mother and her austic child. The child was crying and the owner was bad mouthing the mother and the child. You couldn't hear that because the news reporter was talking about the screaming child not allowed. I am Deaf and I can read lips. The owner swore with dirty words, with immature intimations as she act like that child. Really disgusted. Now that was exposed, I will not take my wife to that restaurant because of that attitude. It clearly showed how immature the owner is!

It is a great idea ONLY if the resturant owners, cooks, hosts are very nice and mature. Not act so immature! To me because of that attitude, it is a discrimination, not by law.

Yes, today many parents are so lazy and not giving tough love on children such as discpline or even spanking. I do not care they say its against the law about spanking. Spanking DOES WORK! SPANK YOUR CHILDREN! My brother does that and it works! My mom did that to us and I am very mature. When I was 7, many thought I was 25! By 18, many thought I was 45! The maturity and yes, looks. Now, I am still 45 at 45! Hahaha.

I agree it is annoying to hear kids screaming. I married a widow who has 2 grown children just 4 years ago. My first marriage. We do not have our own children. And after 20 years of raising children my wife had, she had enough of screaming. She knows. Everytime we go to a restaurant especially buffets (we like buffets and the cost is cheaper), she tells me every time, "OH! Kids screaming!! I can not stand it!" She is hearing and I am Deaf. Good thing I do not have to hear that. I used to be Hard of Hearing and I know those screamings!

I don't blame on patrons do not want to hear that. There should be a solution not to discriminate. Like the smoking law. They do have smoking section and non-smoking but now most restaurant in NYS where we live, its outright ban.

My concern someday it will be the same concept with screaming children law in many restaurants! Sales will be down, less patrons. Can you believe buffet resturants, Chuck-n-Cheese, Cici Pizza and all other child related restaurants will lose millions if laws were to pass? It is your fault for coming up with this concept!!

My solution. I recalled growing up in Catholic Church, they had rooms designated for screaming children in the back so that parents can try to handle their screaming children. I rarely screamed or cried as a baby and little boy. But my brother. OH! Quite opposite of me. That is why we were in those rooms.

Now, why not restaurants start having such rooms for screaming children and their families? Sound proof those rooms.

Another problem. Deaf children are usually loud in their voice if they can talk well. I still do! My mom or my wife always tells me to talk softer. Do they kick me out? NOPE! My mom and my wife always tell me it is loud in the restaurant or someplace like a store. That is my good advantage to talk loud since they could not hear me when it is loud.

This seafood restaurant should not say that sign. It should have said, "NOT Family-Friendly" That soften the blow to families and welcome couples. Or it should have said, "Couples only" Or "Serving adults only" It is much nicer way to say that. Like, "This is smoke-free restaurant." Maybe the best is, "This is child-free restaurant." Best way to say that. Then another sign right at the hostess's station or post and if the host sees a child, then she should say, "This is child-free restaurant." and guide the family OUT of the restaurant. Simple!

My concept of law should have for all restaurant to say one or another, "Child-Free Restaurant" or "Family-Friendly Restaurant." That is all.

The person who said from the Bible is correct. You know that we ALL are children. That is a problem. But maturity makes a big difference.

I understands austism and Aspergers as well as other illnesses and diseases that can cause child screaming. Like I said, a screaming room is needed and should be into law to allow families with screaming children to go in and eat.

Again, I will not go to that restaurant because of the attitude of the owner or employee really disgusted me!

The Future of Airline Seating (AOL Travel News)

Jul 28th 2010 11:33PM I review all the designs and what the designer has to say about them. I am a designer myself and what I observed on those designs. I am horrified at what those designs are.

I will explain each. First of all, for the economy class, those bulky curved chairs are way too much of a degree that it appeared you have to be thin and short legged to craw-walk to the window seat! This is worse than the current economy seating plan.

Secondly, the business class seating looks less luxurious and showed isolation like the economy class seating design.

That is not good.

The rest.. just as bad.

Fourth bad design is all of those sleeping part of the planes are not a great idea. Besides the mile high club jokes or for some, true. Anyway, everyone who commented about the sleeping section will be a nightmare to the crew to wake everyone up.

What we need is to have true flight seat configuration:

Less seats, more spaces between seats between rows, Wider seats, and less seats. I know airlines need more money by having more seats but healthwise and safety is to reduce number of seats. Wider aisle, and space for people to stand up and mingle like the Double Decker Airbus would do. They need to allow economy class passengers chance to walk about in the upper section of Boeing 747s.

If airlines want same numbers of passengers, make the planes bigger. Boeing needs to design 797 much bigger than 747 with the same or less fuel spend as the Dreamliner 787s. Wider bodies, less seatings, etc.

One another thing, they need to change baggage compartments above the seats due to injuries passengers have faced during rough flying such as wind shear. All luggages should be placed under seats. Yes, higher seating to give more room to put luggages under and more in storage closets if airlines and manufacturers add more luggage compartments. Bathrooms should be bigger as well.

One more thing, those seat boxes are not good idea becaue what if some passengers are Deaf and they need to see face to face to read lips or use sign language. On the plane, it is way too hard to hear for most people!

This is a big thumb down, Emil Jacob. Please go back to the drawing board and do it again! Do it correctly, Emil! I will have to counter your design and submit it here!

Back to the Future Part II: What Did Hollywood Get Right? (AOL Small Business)

Jul 27th 2010 8:43AM I have been following the inventions of BTTF II and see what things are happening. About that so called flying car is NOT a flying car. It is still an airplane and you see the company still asks FAA for approval. You MUST get a pilot license. So, actually, flying car has still not been invented (it has to be pilot license free and more look like a car than an airplane so I debunked this!)

About the video phone--It has been around since 1973 since I have a college magazine for the Deaf called FOCUS and still have it. It showed a video phone being developed and it was rarely used back then. DEBUNKED! Why? It was already invented WAYYYY before the movie was even made!

Hoverboard. I am not sure if they were joking or not in their interviews. So, I believe they actually have invented. There are meglev trains today. Already have invented.

Time travel.. well, as I expected that you refuse to aknowledge that the American Government already invented time machine. It may have been possible in 1940s with the Philadelpha Experiment. They had to stop because of errors they did.

Second of all, they invented a machine during late 1960s/early 1970s and the time machine is more like what you see on Sliders. A portial. Not the Deloran time travel machine.

The American Government have it secret and several locations. They send children to the past and future and report them. There was a whistleblower who said he was at Civil War Gettsburg and was photographed with shoes 4 size too large. His name is Andrew Bisago (not sure his last name spelled right) and he claimed he even saw 9/11 back in 73. But the US Government refused to correct 9/11 citing the Grandfather Pardox Theory. That is what Doc said in the first movie that he and Marthy has to be careful with his parents.

You forgot to mentioned JAWS 19. They only have made 5 Jaws movies. Too late to catch up! Holigraphics for the movie, JAWS 19 has not been invented yet.

That modern sleek Texaco Gas Station has not appeared yet.

Pepsi changed their logo about a year or two ago and it made the Pepsi in 2015 look like a goof up by the people who made the movie! Pepsi goof up as well because they changed the logo and not staying with the logo seen in the movie!

There are more mistakes than reality. ONLY thing true is the video phone but also the grim view of the future.

Well, now that lady wont say save the clock tower. The building burned down in a huge studio fire but it was quickly rebuilt for Ghost Whisper TV Series.

Flying train.. only the meglevs are the real deal but it can not go up higher than Doc's train.

BTTF 2 was more of a flop due to 95 percent failure of predicting things. Only we will have to wait til 2015 for the Cubs to win the Series! Only Florida Marlins are correctly invented.

Only Jules Verne and HG Wells had their books properly written and correctly in history.

Well, I will see you all in 2015 to see if the Cubs win! And the Hoverboards will be around for sure! Be honest, Robert!

JCPenney's unsold American Living products going in the trash (WalletPop)

Jul 14th 2010 3:59PM Then it is time we need a new federal law under IRS guideline because of the annual inventory requirement for all stores. Why not add a new IRS law that if there are unsold items such as clothes and food, It is REQUIRED TO be donated to the needy. If you all love socialism, that is socialism!! There you go!

A donation is great idea because I will tell you why: you want your store taxes lower? DONATE!! JCP, Walfart/Sam's and others, PLEASEEEEE donate to the needy and poor in this country and world wide!

That way, if it is unsold in your store and you do not want to lose more money, donate them! Use the regular ticket prices onto your tax form with the quote of each items and tally it up and the IRS will give you tax credit for donations.

See? Then you not want to close up because taxes are too high therefore USE DONATIONS!!!! If I am the President, I will enforced this as Executive Decision to make stores donate or face higher taxes. If found items in their trash bins (have inspectors check around and being paid for by those companies refusing to donate via their high taxes) and when they do have damaged brand new stuff, then the stores must shut down for a week to make the store lose money and mall owners will scream at them for rent money right away. Take your pick! I will do this!

To that person with anger about English Language. Maybe they are Deaf? You know that Deaf people are 3rd grade English level? You know why? Deaf people are a little slower in learning English than Hearing people do! I know it is no excuse for Hearing people not using good grammar or spelling.

You know that you should blame the American Government because it is the law now that teachers can NOT force students to have good grammar or good spelling in schools! If you want to change, RUN FOR POLITICAL OFFICE TO OUST OBAMA AND HIS GOONS! That is only way. Do not talk about it, do something!! Like Yoda said in a Star Wars movie, "Do it, Or not but do not try."

Omnivore's Dilemma Turns to Delight at Fuddruckers (Slashfood)

Jul 13th 2010 2:09PM No Fuddruckers around here in Central New York so who cares about Fudds! Besides, the name I heard people could not say Fuddrucker correctly. They swear the dirty word, Fu*kruckers or Fuddfu*ker. Really! I have friends who live in areas or other states telling me that. The name needs to change and from what you all said about its food, COOK IT THROUGHLY BY LAW!! That is why I read that it is well done at other chain resturants as it says on the menu. I do not eat red meat but I can see that for myself or from looking at my wife's bugers at Chili's and other chains.

Five Guys restaurant just opened up in my hometown.. That restaurant is a HUGE THUMP DOWN. Because it does not offer chicken burgers, turkey burgers, etc as alternative for people who does not want red meat. Down they go! OUT they go! Sure, they have "veggie" burger but I was told it is cooked ON the SAME stovetop with red meat.. so the juice of red meat is absorbed into veggies. WRONG!! it should be cooked separated!

Therefore 5 Guys has to go. I LOVE RED ROBIN! Why? They can let you have turkey burger with any other kinds. Meaning, instead of red meat, you can have any type of burger (the stuff like lettuce, cheese, etc..) with turkey burger. That is awesome!! I DO make sure it is turkey and they have correctly done so. ONLY once they got me wrong one and then gave me a FREE TWICE AMOUNT OF PULLED PORKED BURGER that I originally ordered. And twice amount of fries (not even asking for free refill).

That is why RED ROBIN is awesome!

Jul 3rd 2010 9:32AM Well, ha! I sure escaped the expensive wedding of our own!! I told my then bride we are going to have a same feel of expensive wedding for far less! Yup! We sure did! I got smart! It came to 500 dollars!! 50 Dollars to the Justice of Peace (knew this retiring judge who was friend of my father's), made our own fancy wedding cake EXACT like the way wedding cakes are to be. We also made our own dinner--buffet style. Wedding was tropical theme and oh!! I was still hungry after my cooking of Polyasian Chicken enough for about 75 people (48 came out of 54 invited). The wedding was beautiful sunset/evening (that was the Summer we had too much rain and rained all week but it was clear and beautiful that day!) Oh, we had a bonfire!! Music playing by my wife's daughter (My wife's first husband died of heart attack in 2000 and she has 2 grown children). This wedding is my first. I taught my wife how to really get same quality of wedding. I already had nice black pants and got fancy shining leather shoe for 6 bucks and wore 10 Dollars white Guyaberra shirt! My brother who was best man, I got the same. Sure beat 100 Dollars Tuxedo! HA! (I hate tuxedos)

We went on Honeymoon for 350 included the 500! We got tons of gifts in cash and the investment was returned greatly! We got married on August 12, 2006! Is that great!

Total is 500 Dollars!! Same treatment as traditional expensive wedding!

You all can have a 500 Dollars wedding! My Sister was not smart to save money and she had to sell her car to pay for her half of the wedding (my father who is a scrooge refused to pay for the wedding), she had to pay 4000 Dollars for her wedding. 100 Guests.

My younger brother's wedding was in 1995 (I wanted to be next to get married but the women back then were rude to me!! Dating was tough!) and the cost was cheaper. 2000 Dollars for 87 guests (Supposed to be 95 guests but some did not show up).

He sure beat my sister on cost. Then i beat both of them. Then following year, my brother married for 2nd time to a different woman, their wedding cost about 2000 also. Why? He wore tuxedo! She wore expensive gown. And their children wore tuxedos and dresses. The reception was at the backyard and was fancy like mine but we cooked and had volunteers serve for us! My brother's reception was a hired professional. Same concept.

There you have it! You still can make it under 2000 Dollars!! Screw the 20K or more!! Save that for your EXPENSIVE house you need to buy these days!! No wonder couples can not afford homes these days because they had to pay for 20,000 Dollars wedding and 20,000 Dollars downpayment plus mortagage and any loans for the wedding itself too. Need to get a wedding expenses cap: 2000 Dollars and no more!

When Women Cheat -- What Four Guys Learned From Infidelity (Asylum)

Jun 15th 2010 9:16AM I am male.. and was cheated by my ex girlfriends. Yes, more than one ex girlfriend who cheated on me! First one was a user.. Clearly see through and when I dumped her, she stole my car and ruined a mural I painted at an arcade. She got arrested anyway. So, that is good. She has a criminal record! Ha!

The second one.. oh, just as bad as first one. This one is a good con. I mean real bad con! I met her in March 1993, by May of that year, we made love in her bedroom and my apt bedroom. Then a month later, she noticed she missed her period. Yes, the baby was mine but she aborted without my permission. Why? She says it has to do with her legal guardian. Yeah, right. Then by late July or August, after she got strict not to let me in her room anymore. She was living at home at the time. Then I got a call and needed to use her room (we are Deaf and we had to use phone for Deaf called TTY) And when I came in her room, it was FULL room of pictures of her other boyfriend!! The guy she was really seeing and cheated on me. She was cheating on him too! I got furious and demanded those pictures down. She refused because she said she is a good friend with him since they were little. She shown me old pictures and journals. I was in shock and in rage seeing those! Then I caught something. I was right in my mind that why she always has to be home at 10pm each night--she has to call him on TTY. The journals record that she calls him each night. I should have dumped her right away. Instead, I dumped her on Christmas DAY! Got to hurt her huh? She was not worth it. By the way, she got married to the same guy and has children. Me, I am still childless. :( Married, yes but not too happy about it. Best to DUMP and best to take your time to find right one and marry. I kind of rushed on mine. She is no cheater though.
