Kazuharu Sakura's Leather Keyboard: Only Touch Typists Need Apply (Switched)

Jun 18th 2008 11:43AM I am a touch typist, having worked in the legal field for over 40 years. I type 150 wpm. I still like to see the letters even though I know where they are. However, that having been said, I think the feel of a leather keyboard would be awesome.

May 25th 2008 11:42AM Victorie Beckham NEVER smiles. Perhaps she thinks that scowl is sexy?

If you're obese, no food for you! (Slashfood)

Feb 6th 2008 3:46AM Whose brilliant mind conceived this ridiculous idea? This bill ought to have a snowballs chance in Hell of getting through. However, in the good ole US of A, it would not surprise me if it got passed. There ought to be a ban on people in Mississippi who can't read or write or put together a coherent sentence - much like the idiot that thought up this bill. Sounds as if someone obese offended him and this is his way of "getting back." The dumbest thing I have heard from an elected official and there are MANY dumb things being said out there. Let's pray that another liberty isn't taken away. Perhaps eating falls under "pursuit of happiness?"

Worst Coaching Move of the Super Bowl: What Was Bill Belichick Thinking on Fourth-and-13? (Fanhouse NFL Blog)

Feb 4th 2008 5:23PM Just deserts! What goes around, comes around. The coach cheated. Sour grapes. Sore loser. His coaching and the 4th and 13??? Bad, bad decision. The loss doean't take away from the accomplishment of the season but leaving the field - POOR TASTE and UNEXCUSABLE.

Starbucks' new Skinny Platform ruffles feathers (Slashfood)

Jan 17th 2008 12:16PM There are many people with "sugar" problems. I think this is a terrific move and will be a lucrative one for Starbucks. Have to use a sentence with 6 to 8 words to order a coffee is far too much. Skinny Frap - cool. Skinny cafe mocha - great. If the worker is offended, it is time for her to move on; perhaps to a company whose menu names are more pleasing and less offensive.

2007 Departures: McDonald's McRib off to last roundup (WalletPop)

Dec 27th 2007 11:30AM First Coke Blak and now the McRib. OyVey! I loooove the McRib. During one of its recent reincarnations, I walked into a local McDonald's and tried to order one. The counter attendant had no idea what I was talking about. I had just returned from Hawaii and had a McRib there I told her. Nope! Don't have it. Never did. Ain't gonna said the manager.

Maybe they could package and freeze it - like Marie Callendar and Claim Jumper do with some of their favorites.

I hereby volunteer for a taste study!!! Long live the McRib. (Maybe they should have had a McRib King for marketing).
