Surprise Proposal (MyDaily)
Mar 31st 2011 11:21AM This couple will always have fond memories of this special moment in their lives. My wife and have been married for 46 years. My proposal is still very dear to both of us. I hope this delightful couple will have many wonderful years together.
10 Worst Foods for Your Stomach (AOL Health)
Mar 22nd 2011 10:50PM Well, here we go again!! Once upon a time it was said that eggs are bad because they increase our cholesterol level. Now we see commercials about the "incredible edible egg." For many years I have read and heard about the benefits of eating broccoli--and so it goes. I am going to have my 2 cups of the nectar of the gods (coffee) each morning and possibly a 3rd cup later in the day. I love pinto beans, tomatoes, and ice cream. I'm gonna eat what I like but do so in moderation. Life's simply too short not to enjoy the good things. One of the main benefits of these studies is the fact that they provide jobs for researchers.
Charlie Sheen 'Proud' of Last Drug Binge: 'What's Not to Love?' (PopEater)
Mar 2nd 2011 7:24AM It's sad to watch a man with his talent and success implode. Charlie Sheen is on a one way trip to the morgue. When he openly brags about the amount of drugs he has ingested, he is either suicidal or has lost his grip on reality. He is going to crash sooner or later, and he may survive. And then again he may not. My wife and I have a 42 year old son who was both cocaine and alcohol addicted for over 20 years. We watched him literally go to death's door. We are thankful that he's been clean sober for 4 years now. We did everything we could for him, but, ultimately he had to hit the gutter before reaching sobriety. I hope Mr. Sheen will accept the help he needs. Otherwise, his family should go ahead with the task of choosing a casket and a place for his burial because he seems to be on a downhill trip to that destination. What a lost soul!!!
Kate Middleton Wears Black to a Wedding! And Is She Too Thin? (Stylelist)
Jan 11th 2011 8:00AM A note to our British friends: Leave the girl alone. I think she looks great in black. She is a beautiful young woman who is obviously much loved by Prince William, and that's what matters. Hopefully, their marriage will be far happier than that of Charles and Diana. May they have a long and happy life together. Maybe, just maybe, Kate and William will bring fresh air and sunshine to Buckingham Palace.
Bristol Palin Purchases a Bargain House in Arizona, But Why? (PopEater)
Dec 29th 2010 10:02AM Mary Beth, how many of us were geniuses at age 20?
Bristol Palin Purchases a Bargain House in Arizona, But Why? (PopEater)
Dec 27th 2010 9:22AM Well said, Jim. From the day John McCain introduced Sarah Palin as his running mate, the Left and its media have trashed her and her family. The Palin children have the same rights as other children of public figures. The kid is buying a house. She seems to be a very nice young lady. Who knows? She just might be a good neighbor.

Dec 27th 2010 5:46AM Janie, be careful about wishing that terrible things happen to others. Something very tragic could happen to someone you love.
Bristol Palin Purchases a Bargain House in Arizona, But Why? (PopEater)
Dec 27th 2010 5:42AM Here we go again. The Palin haters never cease to find something for which that family can be criticized. Bristol Palin has every right to purchase her own home and make a life for herself and her little boy. The nastiness is not only directed at Mrs. Palin, but her critics take dead aim at Todd Palin and those children as well. They are human beings who have a set of values that are strongly disliked by the left. Why can't we just live and let live?
Two 'Dancing' Divas: Did Kate Gosselin and Bristol Palin Ruin 'Dancing With the Stars'? (AOL TV)
Dec 22nd 2010 2:24PM It is a sad fact that many people in our country hate Sarah Palin and the ground on which she walks. That same hatred is extended to her family. Good grief!! This is a television program with lots of hype. The Palin family is hated because of their values and politics--pure and simple. We have become so polarized that when President Obama or the First Lady are criticized, their critics are called racists and bigots. Are the Palin children supposed to totally withdraw from public view because people hate their mother? I have been a Republican since 1964. I didn't vote for President Obama and will not do so in 2012, but I don't hate him, the First Lady, or those cute little girls. They appear to have a great family life, and I applaud them for it. I hope the Obama daughters enjoy much success and happiness in life. Isn't that what we should want for ALL our young people?
Surprise! Elisabeth Hasselbeck Criticizes Sarah Palin on 'The View' (VIDEO) (AOL TV)
Dec 2nd 2010 3:10PM Celine, you hit the proverbial nail on the head. When one takes a good hard look at the tax returns of many of our leftist, liberal---er--uh--progressive politicians, one will often see little or no contributions to charities. They are profligate with our tax dollars, but many of them are very stingy when it comes to THEIR bank accounts.
