Apr 9th 2008 2:46PM It always seemed that USC and UCLA always left the rivalry and animosity on the field. This is contrasted to Cal & Stanford, where that animosity carries over. My daughter went through an introductory tour at Cal, and the tour guide made it clear that the animosity went 'clear to the bone'.

Dec 19th 2007 4:08PM The Great Global Warming Swindle was also compelling, but it was done in Britain and the only way I could see it was to download it on my computer. The dvd was supposed to be available in the U.S., but I haven't seen it. I wonder wonder who's stonewalling it - probably Al Gore.

Dec 4th 2007 2:32PM Any time someone criticizes a reporter, they all 'circle the wagons'. It's OK for reporters to criticize players or coaches, but to have either of these criticize a reporter is unacceptable to the media.

Apr 24th 2007 11:17AM As someone before mentioned, I wonder why Tom Cruise is not on the list. Not only is he a bad actor, he is too short for his roles, and from things I read it appears that the real Tom Cruise is almost opposite of the characters he plays.
