Smoke-Free Hotel Rooms (Gadling)

Oct 27th 2006 8:06AM I stayed in a hotel room this past weekend and the stench was overwhelming, and yes, this was a non smoking room. I'm a huge smoker and couldn't stand it. I live in Florida where there is no smoking in any restaraunt and only in certain bars and I believe that's the way it should be. Eating out is so expensive you should be able to enjoy your food without smoke all around you. Hooray to the hotels. Of course, now they'll be able to charge more if the rooms smell fresh.
