Im 22 and those kids on planes are simply annoying ... even though I love flying, my left inner ear is slightly damaged so flying can hurt sometimes. Having these brats making noise just makes it worse... the parents should definitely have had that kid under control in his seat. With regards to the legality of it... Ive learnt to accept that common sense doesn't always exist in law. Because of how some laws were made up, it contradicts itself later on, forcing the wrong parties to pay for the misdeed.
