TV might cause autism (ParentDish)
Oct 22nd 2006 9:12AM I have a twelve year old child who is autistic, he never really cared about tv. He was nuts about video games, he still is. But you guys are right almost always parents see signs of autism long before a child would even begin to watch tv. After dealing with this for ten years I have to tell you that I think it is a case of a genetically vulnerable child in the wrong place at the wrong time, it could be a vulnerability to mercury(thank you vaccines and tuna fish) or to pollution, or something as yet undetermined.
