Jan 14th 2011 2:40AM I am almost past my 7th decade myself... I grew up sneaking into Crosley Field in Cincinnati watching Mr. Robinson, Nuxhall, Vada Pinson, Rose, Big Klu, et al... Back when baseball was just baseball, and players were much more personable and accessible. It was an age fortunate to grow up in... lost now, and gone forever, but always held dear.
