What's the Cheapest Long Distance? -- Savings Experiment (WalletPop)

Feb 10th 2011 5:35PM How about overseas to a cell phone? That is all that is available for the three places I call. What is the least exspensive? i would appreciate some feedback so I won't keep looking around.

13 of the most ingenious (and creepy) spy cameras ever made (Asylum.co.uk)

Jan 19th 2011 6:38AM You know, some people are using their cameras to catch thieves, bad nanny, or bad repairmen. Why does it have to be for a peeping pervert. Never been robbed? Have nothing worth stealing?

Who Must File a Tax Return? (WalletPop)

Dec 28th 2010 6:10PM I work for a foreign company and am paid there. Do I have to pay US income taxes?

Rick Ross Associate Killed in Home Invasion (The Boombox)

Dec 16th 2010 8:21AM Sounds like he made it as a rapper. Getting shot and killed. Isn't that the natural selection of a rapper?

Ford Police Interceptor quickest in LA Sheriff's Department testing (Autoblog)

Nov 20th 2010 7:30AM Wonder how well that V-6 runs the A/C unit when they are sitting on the side of the road waiting on me to come by? That will be an issue!

Danica Patrick Crashes Late, Kyle Busch Wins Nationwide Series Race (Fanhouse Motorsports Blog)

Oct 10th 2010 11:58AM Danica has spent a few years trying to be a race car driver. Open wheel and NASCAR. She has done OK but she is just a second rate driver. She gets her sponsers by her novelty, not by driving prowess. I would like to see her win one of these days. I feel as though some of the race car guys probably don't want to get beat by a woman. She is going to have to get over that on her own.

TSA Launches 'Enhanced Pat Down' (AOL Travel News)

Aug 25th 2010 4:58AM I watched a TSA employee texting the other evening. Her job was to eyeball everybody. I informed her boss who said " I have a talk with her". Fire all these Mc Donald's worker wannabes and hire ex-military.

Is Your Agent Working For or Against You? (Housingwatch)

Mar 12th 2010 3:46PM Realtors are corrupt, lazy and usually "slick". They will in any way possible screw you to the wall. If you go into the deal knowing this, it still won't help. You are screwed. If you get a lawyer after you have been screwed then you get screwed twice. And when they get older they go into politics if they are "slick" enough and you get screwed a third time. If your brother or sister is a Realtor , then you are screwed. That means in could be in your genes. If it is you are screwed.

Should Kids Drink Fentiman's Victorian Lemonade? (Slashfood)

Oct 24th 2009 5:48PM This is off subject a bit but it needs to be out there. There is a comment that kids aren't turning out so good now days. I had my doubts until a few years back. I have seen some stand up young adults out there in the last few years. I have met some 20 year old Iraq Vets that have it together. Without a doubt. Focused and in tune with the world. There are some students I have seen on television that are smarter by a factor of 10 when compared to a Sheila Jackson Lee or a Nancy Pelosi. Today in the parking lot of our local shopping center I heard a kid rev his engine and made his tires squeal a bit when he took off. I saw him and did not shout at him as I have been known to. He was too far away by then. A few minutes later he comes walking by my truck. I calmly told him that I was not impressed by his show off power and that my wife was close to his truck when he pulled the stunt. He was a big muscled up boy and I expected a confrontation. Instead, he apologized, said that it was a bad idea and shook my hand while thanking me. I was impressed by his stand up ways and if I see him around I will show him the respect of a gentleman. Thanks for listening. By the way this happened in Weatherford, Texas in the afternoon of October 23, 2009.
