Nov 21st 2009 8:28AM For everyone that doesn't leave a tip I wouldn't recommend that you DO NOT return to that establishment. When remembered as trash (camera phones) you'll, at the very least be stuck with a new server. At most, well, I've heard horror stories on what servers do so patrons do not return.

Another said "Watch the movie Waiting with Ryan Reynolds. You will never say anything bad to your waitress again."

Nov 21st 2009 6:27AM What an idiot, in America gratuity is mandatory. It's never OK to leave less than 15%. Servers have to tip the bus, bartender and hostess and still try to walk with minimum wage. When you leave no tip the server is paying, out of pocket, for you to sit there.

I usually leave 20%. If service is exceptional I leave more. If service is poor I leave 15%.

I would never sit an hour without ordered food. After 15 minutes I'd speak with a manager, after 30 I'd leave.

If you don't have money to tip then you don't have money to go out to eat.

I'll pass on the puppy mill dogs and irresponsible backyard breeders and save a homeless pet locally. There are legitimate rescue groups for all breeds out there even if you want to be picky about breed, age, sex or color. www.petfinder.com is a great resource to help find a companion animal.

They butcher the few baby seals that are still alive on the little ice that is left to make some extra pocket change. I'll pass on the Versace/Gucci seal fur coat and all of Canada's products, thanks.
