Black Men Respond to Kanazawa's Claim that Black Women Less Attractive (BV Black Spin)
Jun 13th 2011 4:33PM @sspsllc: Ummm...140 is not the highest score on an IQ test. I scored 147, and that's still not close to the maximum one can score.
As for me, I'm ALL FOR racial mixin'! That's how I believe God REALLY wants us to be! Really, though, I love women of all colors. You are ALL beauties in my book! :-D
New to Fatherhood? Don't Fret: The Do's and Don'ts of Mother's Day (Holidash News)
May 4th 2011 10:01AM I need to point out a couple of things.
First, if this is her FIRST Mother's Day, then that means her kid(s) can't be more than a year old -- so mentioning that the kids should help is totally ludicrous!
Second, you are really insulting my intelligence by telling me not to ask single guys for advice. I stopped asking my single guy friends for advice the day I got engaged! Truth is, once you're married (guy or gal), if you want your marriage to last, you'd better stop listening to single people, because they will only succeed in making you single again, like them!
Okay, I'm done...
Charlie Sheen Dumped by 'Goddess' Bree Olson (PopEater)
Apr 25th 2011 10:11AM No surprise. It's just a matter of time before the other one is also gone. Oh, never mind -- he's probably now dating the woman in the audience who flashed him.
By the way, Hosni's last name is "Mubarak," not "Mubarek."

Negative? Yes. Anti-white? No. Where exactly do you see anything anti-white about what he said?
Tyler Perry: 'Spike Lee Needs to Shut the Hell Up' (PopEater)
Apr 20th 2011 4:46PM Spike's right. I hate Tyler Perry's material. I am one black man that would never watch that crap. As with a lot of media, dumbed-down stuff is the most popular -- and that is more of a reflection of the audience than the creator.
Although I don't agree with a lot of Spike Lee's views, I do think he is far more talented and creates much better movies. I place him in the same category as Mel Gibson: he's an a-hole, but a TALENTED a-hole.
Black Couple Surprised When Newborn Daughter is White (ParentDish)
Apr 12th 2011 3:12PM Yes, and the bottom line is this: lighter skin is better for coping in colder climates, while darker skin helps people living in warmer ones.
Science has proven that mankind started near the Equator, so light skin had to begin as a genetic mutation that in warmer places got squashed, but in cooler places became an advantage. Specifically, lighter skin lets in more sunlight, which aids in Vitamin D production. Darker skin blocks out harmful ultraviolet radiation. This is why darker people often have Vitamin D deficiency in cooler climates, while lighter people are at a greater risk of getting skin cancer in warmer places.
Note that this only held any value during an era in which global travel was nonexistent. In today's world, it simply no longer has much relevance, because we are now traveling all over the place! But if you really think about it, this is a good thing, because genetic diversity will make us better equipped to survive the rigors of space and populate other worlds -- which will probably be necessary, since we are destroying the one we're on...
Black Couple Surprised When Newborn Daughter is White (ParentDish)
Apr 12th 2011 2:31PM Sorry, Queen, but you are wrong. I am a dark-skinned black man, and my wife is very fair, of Germanic-Irish descent, with red hair and blue eyes. Our son came out the SAME COLOR as my wife. He is so light he looks white, with curly brown hair, blue eyes, and a reddish skin tone. I got a DNA test, not because I had any reason to doubt her fidelity, but because there was a blood type discrepancy. The DNA test confirmed my paternity, thus also confirming our son probably has a genetic mutation regarding his blood type.
I never doubted he was my kid, because he has my build and facial features, and my own grandmother also had blue eyes. In fact, I am a genealogy buff who has uncovered MULTIPLE white ancestors in my family tree. In the case of this couple, I would not assume one cheated, although if the father opted for a DNA test, I would not blame him. He is expected to care for a child for many years, so it is his right to know for sure that the child is indeed his.
It is very amazing just how much ignorance abounds regarding "race" and genetics. The truth is, the more we learn about heredity, the more we realize just how much the term "race" is meaningless.
