My cousin was killed by a drunk driver and I blame the State for licensing the sale of alchohol to drivers all the time. These "drunk driving" laws are a trap plain and simple. The State licenses the drinking and driving activity, benefits from the fees, taxes and fines, then have the audacity to destroy the unlucky victim who falls into their BAC trap. They have an entrenched interest in keeping drunk driving going. I'm not even mentioning the millions of blood money giving by the corporate lobbyists to our elected "lawmakers." You can bet that 15,000 Americans will be slaughtered on our highways again next year regardless of how many DUI tickets are handed out and Citizens crucified.
