Sep 13th 2010 3:16PM This is horrific. Yes, the family should sue for battery, as they have every right! And, the hospital needs to take drastic measures to ensure that this NEVER happens to another child. Norma, I am sorry but your ignorance is difficult to ignore. The family has to live with this unwanted assault on their poor infant boy for the rest of their life. Now in days, as more parents get educated in our country they see how unnecessary circumcisions are, and how tramatic they are on the infants.

Aug 17th 2010 9:48PM According to the article, she did not approve the contact, she just reported the attempt. His legal trouble depends on what was in the court-ordered domestic violence injuction. From the sound of the article, it was the "contact" clause. Most likely, if this poor woman had to take a restraining order out against this guy, and the courts approved it, there was good reason. My suspicion is that he was trying to intimidate her by letting her know that he can still get to her one way or another. Certainly would not like to run into this guy in a dark alley.

Initially, it may take a little while, but it will be much easier than you anticipate. After I had my bi-lat masectomy, my eight year old son was curious. He asked me about the surgery so I told him I had surgery for breast cancer. He then asked me if I was going to die, and I told him "no." With this, he was perfectly satisfied and went to bed.

Jul 17th 2010 5:48PM I find it shocking that anyone would take Mel Gibson's side. I do not pretend to know anything about this woman. And, yes she may have instigated a lot of the problems (although I do not know this as a fact), but this by no means excuses Gibson for his unspeakable behavior. Gibson is getting and will get everything that he deserves. Remember he chose to leave his wife, to sleep with this woman and have a child with her. It takes two to Tango. What is obvious by the tapes is that Gibson wanted to control this woman and she was not going to have it. I have lost all respect for him as a human. And, it will not surprise me to find out that he did infact physically abuse her just has he has verbally abused her -- absolutely inexcusable!
