This is one reason you should be very aware of your property taxes for your local "fire protection" ..... The lower the Class rating the lower your insurance premium, the higher the Class rating the higher your insurance premium will be ..... Class 1 is the lowest and means your insurance premium is lower -- Class 10 (the highest rating) mean you will pay a higher insurance premium ..... Another words, if your local fire protection ask for an increase in their milage taxes it will be way lower than what you will pay the insurance companies ..... Another thing, your local fire service is rated by services which are supported by the insurance industry and in many cases is not an "independent" agency ..... And, insurance companies are, somewhat, regulated by STATES not at the Federal level .....Also, note your premiums will go up every year whether or not you use the coverage and the coverage does not go up -- example is you home is covered for $250,000.00 ten years ago if something happens you will "only" be protected for the $250,000.00 value not the "actual" replacement value ..... Another words, if it cost you $350,000.00 to replace your home you will have to pay your "deduction plus the difference between the $250,000.00 coverage and the $350,000.00 actual cost of the replacement ..... READ YOUR HOMERS INSURANCE POLICY AND GET A COPY OF YOUR STATE LAWS COVERING HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE COVERAGE BY INSURANCE COMPANIES ..........

Dec 8th 2009 9:05AM Since, this "recession" and the "bail-outs", Bank of America Corporation, aka Bank of America, N.A., and other financial institutions, has raise their "fees and monthly balances" three (3) times, in some instances almost doubling them, while leaving the minimum "opening" amount the same, which is "fifty dollars per account" ( $50.00 ).

It is it self has been a questionable practice, why say "all you need is a deposit of $50.00 to open an account, then tell you you have to maintain a 'minimum' balance of "what ever" or be charged a "Monthly Maintains Fee" of "what ever".

Bank of America Corporation just announced they were going to repay their "bail-out" money just a year or more after receiving it ..... This should be question "WHY" they need it in the first place, or at least "WHY", and "HOW", they are "so quickly repaying" their bail-out money.

The government of the United States of America, that being the U.S. Congress, needs to establish, rather go back to, regulating the financial industry, as well as others, and this time watch them more closely.
