Mar 2nd 2008 11:48AM PETA does not give a damn about animal welfare. Do they give money to spaying and neutering programs to reduce the pet population? No, do they give any kind of money to elephant refuges or conservation efforts? Again, no. They don't give a damn about anything except making money off of moronic hipsters with huge bank accounts.
PETA wants to ban pet ownership, because they say that owning a dog or cat is like owning a slave. PETA and the morons of "Born Free" would also rather see entire animal species get wiped out by poachers than to have animals in zoos, where people at least learn about the plight of animals in the wild, because zoos are not "natural".
Fools, PETA, you and your ilk are nothing but fools.

Aug 16th 2007 3:40PM Oh yea cuba is a real threat to us right now. An entire nation of farmers being led by the ancient Fidel castro.
So what if they are communists, this is not the 50's people, The red scare is over! They don't have any wmd's. Hell they barely have a passable army. Our sanctions against the country just make us look like bullies. Castro and his elite don't suffer from it, just the pesants of Cuba's working class.
