Orange is the New Red (Shopping Articles Blog)

Aug 28th 2011 4:46PM The "New Red"? Come on, people, the new color is NOT red -- It's ORANGE! Why can't you people tell the truth?

Delta Air Lines charges returning soldiers for checked bags (Gadling)

Jun 8th 2011 8:24AM Way to go, Delta. What a crappy way to welcome back men and women who have been in a war zone fighting for the rights and freedoms of their countrymen. Delta should be ashamed of themselves and refund the money they charged these heroes.

Video: Kathy Griffin Was Not Impressed With 'The Royal Kiss' (PopEater)

May 2nd 2011 8:33AM Who gives a rip what Kathy Griffin thinks? Unless something is immoral and gross, she's not interested. Sorry, Kathy, everybody doesn't have a warped mind. Personally, I thought it was decent and appropriate.

Rihanna Reb'l Fleur Fragrance Commercial Revealed (Stylelist)

Feb 14th 2011 6:27AM This is disgusting. If you want to see skin, go to a strip club. Rihanna has gone off the deep end. She is a lovely young woman but her actions are just sickening.

What's the Cheapest Long Distance? -- Savings Experiment (WalletPop)

Feb 10th 2011 7:08AM I have cordless phones through my computer (Cox Communications) but also a corded phone through AT&T. I live on the Gulf Coast in Florida in hurricane territory. I also have a cell phone which has unlimited long distance coverage. The only reason I have a corded phone is that when hurricanes come, the first thing that goes out is the power; therefore, there goes my phone service. With the corded phone, I am still able to call out, even though I do not currently have long distance on it. If I feel the need to have it, I just call AT&T and reinstate it. I don't like cell phones to begin with and the corded phone gives me the security I need in case of inclement weather. Of course, it it not cheap and I would like to find a less expensive way to keep my corded phone with long distance.

Everyday Icon: New Book Chronicles Michelle Obama's Style (Stylelist)

Feb 9th 2011 7:43AM If I had her clothing budget, I could improve my wardrobe and style, too.

Five airline fees you haven't thought about (but they have!) (Gadling)

Jan 11th 2011 12:12PM The last time I flew was from Florida to Las Vegas via Houston. That was without a doubt the most miserable uncoordinated flight I have ever been on in my life. My husband and I made a promise to each other when we got back home. If we can't drive a car there, we aren't going. There is NOTHING in this world that would make me go through such uncalled for misery just to see something somewhere else. I can read about it, see it on TV, or hear about it from someone else, but I will NOT be flying to get there. There are too many places within driving distance where we can go, take our time, enjoy the scenery, not have to RUN to catch a plane that is overbooked, NOT have to sit in an airport for 8 hours because the plane we were on wasn't able to land on time, and on and on it goes. No screaming children, angry passengers, cramped seating, crazy people wanting to blow up the world or any of the other worries that flying presents. So, have fun wherever you fly and enjoy the scenery. Personally I will spend my money here in the good ol' USA at places where I can arrive by vehicle.

Cam'ron and Vado Barred Entry Into Canada (The Boombox)

Dec 20th 2010 5:37AM Way to go, Canada! Now, if the U.S. would buckle down and do the same, it would be a much better place for our young people. We don't need rappers with criminal pasts as role models.

HS Football Player Flagged for Taking Knee, Pointing Skyward After TD (Fanhouse Backporch)

Dec 1st 2010 8:30PM God knows who's on His side, so the ref just stepped in it. As far the young man who was penalized, God knows he's on His side. And the next time we see the guys dancing and acting like a bunch of fools after a touchdown, penalize them, too. Let's not make this one-sided.
