Actually that's EXACTLY where I first seen that commercial WAS during Spongebob at 12:30 in the afternoon on Nick2.
Reason being; they gear commercials towards the people most likely to be watching. Guess what Phrank3. Moms-AKA-women DO watch Spongebob with their children.

I agree with you Marie, it's not appropiate. During late-nite, even primetime is more acceptable. Better yet, just pull it. Some things are sacred.

Believe me I'm totally against it as are most people here...

My questions/curiosities/concerns are: If this were a man who was doing this, wouldn't said male be prosecuted as a pedophile, before we could even get the word pedophile out of our mouths? Also, wouldn't there DEFINITELY be charges brought up against him, no questions asked?

I think we all know the answer to those questions.

Given the fact this is a "female" it's deemed a lesser offense in the eyes of the law.

What a sick-sick-sick world we live in.

Even before seeing this trash I didn't allow my kids to go to parks-not even school playgrounds, because this garbage does happen there-and it happens DAILY!

And NO what up, I don't let my kids in the bed my husband and I have sex in.

You're implying the parents most likely, are not capable of taking care of their own child(ren) AND that the child(ren) will be unable to get a job that has health insurance benefits, (by the way, those benefits are worked for-not handed out) or one that allows him or her to afford their own....NO, it's all about you...and sucking YOUR tax dollars.

What a me-me-me society we live in....sad! Perhaps if it were more a we-we-we society, things wouldn't be so sad.
