Dec 24th 2009 10:07AM This was a very Kindle positive e-reader review and 2 years ago I would have agreed. But after 5, count 'em, 5 Kindles (version1 and 2) I am here to tell you that you need to read the 1 and 2 star reviews of these e-readers on Amazon before purchasing. Look for what repeatedly has happened to the consumers of these gadgets. Then make your choice. After HOURS on the phone with bad customer service and not having a gadget I paid $359.00 for, well, an measly 100 bucks more for a Sony sounds reasonable. When my Kindle worked it was awesome though! LOL!
